So sad to hear they are permanently closed. The best sushi and costumer service I have ever received. The host was always in a good mood and so friendly. Always had us laughing. Their spicy Mayo was unmatched to any other place. Will truly miss Raku

Looks like they closed down :') I called in today about to order take out and they said Raku closed forever yesterday. They're planning on replacing it with an artisan pizza place. I used to love the sushi burritos and salads here, hopefully I can find somewhere else in the valley for my sushiritto fix.

This place food tastes off and spicy tuna roll doesn’t look right. The wasabi they use looks old and the texture is more like toothpaste rather than wasabi. This place looks good, but be warned. Sushi place with red flags. What a waste of money

I occasionally eat here for lunch and the food here is pretty decent! The rolls I have ordered were good and the fish quality was decent. The sushi burritos are probably some of my favorite things here (forgot to take a pic of those) and would be my recommendation. Overall, not a bad place for lunch if you are nearby.

This is a popular place for locals. Once we entered, we were greeted by their friendly staff. The hostess also greeted customers by name as they entered after us.They have a spacious indoor dining area. The place looks small on the outside, but has a decent sized eating area.I chose the two item combo. Beef teriyaki, but chose the Raku hand roll as my second choice. The food came out really fast and really hot off the grill. The teriyaki was sweet and savory and the hand roll was delicately made to perfection. The seaweed wrap held together nicely and didn't fall apart as I bit into it. They also have an amazing selection of sushi burritos. Each named after comic book super heroes. Cute touch!Will ai be back? Yes! Will I order something different? Absolutely!!

This place has such good chicken cutlet. The staff here are really friendly and give their recommendations if you're not sure what to get. Whenever I go, it's not too crowded which is nice. It's clean and very spacious.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Got introduced by a coworker to try out Sushi burritos and I fell in love with the fusion flavors among other menu items. The staff is amazing and friendly, super fast at serving you and it's a clean place too. It's a casual spot. Great for hanging out, fits small and large crowds. The two Asian ladies at the register are sweethearts, very chatty and welcoming. They seem to be a close group of workers for being family owned. Definitely recommend the sushi burritos, chicken teriyaki (large portion!), Edamame, Gyozas and Spicy crunch rolls and the green iced tea.

Been coming here for years. Fast service and their food is always fresh and delicious. I have tried pretty much everything in their menu. The sushi burritos are yummy. The beer on tap is always nice and cold. Everyone is friendly and you get to see the staff cooking and prepping your food. It's always a favorite thing to come pick up to go on a Friday night. Never fails!!

I was craving a good sushi burrito, but they're a rare sight in the San Fernando valley. However, I saw that Raku had one so I decided to give it a shot. It was amazing! I don't usually go there because I feel there are definitely better sushi places, HOWEVER, I will keep coming back for that sushi burrito. The flavor is just too good! I get the Batman burrito (Spicy Tuna, Crab Meat, etc.). Whatever sauce/dressing they put on it puts it among the best of the few sushi burritos I've had.
