I usually enjoy this place but today was not a good experience. The shrimp was drenched, rice was cold, and the macaroni was dry.

My phone died by the time I got to the register for an online order placed. The guys behind the counter were basically like tough cookies instead of finding other ways to verify our orders. Then, the shrimp was visibly undercooked. When the lady cook is there this never happens. The unhelpfulness plus the waste of money on two plates we didn’t enjoy really annoyed me.
Food was dry but at least the pineapples were not... ?

Better when it was at Smorgasburg
Came here for lunch the staff they had was not helpful but think it was a language barrier. When I came it was my first time so didn’t know how it worked went to order and he just pointed at the kiosk. I informed him the kiosk at that stand was not working he pointed me to the kiosk at the restaurant stand next to them in the mall food court. I ordered the shrimp platter. The food was ok overall. Rice and potatoe salad was good. The shrimp had a weird flavor but was ok.

The shrimp was bomb and I'm not a sauce person but I loved it! I wish I could order a plate with just the shrimp

Located at Topanga Social so cool place to hang out. Love the concept where you can order from any of the restaurants in this fancy food hall via a kiosk. This makes it super convenient. They send a text to your phone when your food is ready so you can pick it up. Ordered the garlic shrimp plate which was a pretty good portion for the price. Shrimps were big, tasty and seasoned just right. Definitely a great choice in a food hall of many choices.
Worst service I have experienced. I ordered food in their self service kiosk in front of their store. After 10 minutes I got a text that my food is ready for pickup. I got to the counter and guy told me he doesn't see my order. Staff repeatedly ask me 4 times for my order confirmation, like they don't believe I have an order. No one from this establishment apologize to me even the guy that is in charge. Worst customer service experience. Need to train your staff in dealing with customers.
So bland. No flavor at all. Shrimp was soggy. If you go bring your own seasoning. They dump some red powder on all of the food but it doesn’t taste like anything. Waste of $16. Best part was the pineapple
It’s not what it used to be, unfortunately. The shrimp was almost cold. And the flavor has changed. Seems like they’ve changed the recipe. Loved it when I would have it at 626 night market in Arcadia.
I love all things garlicky buttery shrimpy goodness but unfortunately this was not it. Shrimp was cooked perfect and covered with enough sauce. Presentation wise the dish looked delicious. The mac salad was excellent and the pineapple was good, but what should've been garlic shrimp tasted like sweet shrimp. My mind was wanting to enjoy it but I couldn't get over how sweet the sauce was. After three shrimp I gave up and traded dinners with my wife. Maybe I went on an off night, I'll try again another day.
