9:20 AM. Walk into Starbucks pick up an order. What is wrong with your employees? I mean, do they think their face is gonna break if they smile. Do you think that their bodies are gonna fall apart if they can’t just be happy and kind. What happened to customer service. Oh, the age of entitlement took over. So sad. People don’t know how to be respectful and kind to each each other anymore.
Have you ever been a witness of something that just make you upset, it turns your stomach around because you know what is happening is wrong and that is it, well today was another day. Go happy to get my starbucks cafe and there is a meeting being held in the table area, it is a starbucks management meeting, it sounds very stupid, what it should be a motivational training improving system in the prosses, this was more like let me point out your mistakes and making others feel insufficient and afraid, when information was being presented what it seems to be the upper management was not listening, was more like taking over the feed back that was being provided, and with phrases like to tell you the truth!!! More like I didn't provide enough training and you should be guessing what is needed it.
This was a competition of power more than how we can make the system more efficient, like this is what is expected and this is a posible wat to execute, but suggesting are well appreciated.
Any how held your meetings elsewhere where your lacks are not disturbing the costumers.

20 minutes wait time for a to go order.
Ordered a venti hot drink and was so disappointed that it was only half full. Not cool, with everything being so expensive nowadays. 🙁

I would like to say I have never had this happen to me before my debit card was not working I am a doordash driver and the card kept declining because there was a fraud alert on it which I cleared but yet it still declined again I went through the drive-thru and I was assisted by George and he was very patient with the issue as I pulled over somewhere to take care of the problem which I thought it had been taken care of come to find out they were closing the drinks had already been made and I tried to run the transaction again after clearing the fraud alert and it still declined George insisted that he would pay for it out of his own pocket and when I told him that I would bring him back the money as soon as the card was cleared he told me don't worry about it has such a smooth character his customer service is over and beyond definitely a bright future for him as a manager due to his dedication for his customers thank you very much George I've never had this happen to me before and I appreciate you 1,000%

Counter service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. The dining room was clean and the clients pleasant. I would return here if in the area.

I just had the best experience with Ashley (I hope I'm spelling that right), in the drive thru. I was being picky about my drink & her simple act of kindness really made my day! Thank you for being a super kind human & explaining things & just being awesome!

Kind of an annoying experience here. They made me wait longer, im pretty sure to cheat their drive through wait times.
I went to the drive through this morning and the worker was taking orders through the tablet which I thought was strange because the line was only long because he took orders far before we could get to the speaker (there are no cars in line before him).So instead of us ordering at the speaking and pulling up we had to wait crowding up the parking lot. Once I order with the tablet person he tells me to go the speaker, the person on the speaker says give me a second and I’ll tell you when to pull up to the window. So I’m waiting at the speaker in silence as if I was ordering until she said okay pull up (mind you there is no one in front of me). Kind of annoying because I feel like this took longer than it should have. So now I’m thinking they wanted to cheat their way to good drive up times at my expense…
I love Starbucks. I’ve been a customer at this location since 2020. To have to be served milk instead of my original order a Caramel macchiato is absolutely ridiculous and not getting my order when I’ve been waiting in the line for a while now is ridiculous too. I want you to know you’ve lost a customer. I won’t be coming to this Starbucks again even if it’s the closest one to my house.

Amazing, no line in the drive through, plenty of parking and space to sit down and enjoy your beverage.
Every single time I’ve been here, it’s great. My order is not particularly difficult or elaborate, but you’d be amazed how often it’s done incorrectly in terms of portions. Well, these folks have NEVER messed it up. Also, Im always greeted with big smiles and they remember my name. I don’t come every day nor weekly. So with the amount of people and traffic they get, it’s pretty awesome they get it right every single time. They are super pumped and so efficient. I wish all Starbucks had these dynamics and I wish the closest one to me was this cool. I appreciate it the good customer service and for always getting my coffee right.
