Every single time I’ve been here, it’s great. My order is not particularly difficult or elaborate, but you’d be amazed how often it’s done incorrectly in terms of portions. Well, these folks have NEVER messed it up. Also, Im always greeted with big smiles and they remember my name. I don’t come every day nor weekly. So with the amount of people and traffic they get, it’s pretty awesome they get it right every single time. They are super pumped and so efficient. I wish all Starbucks had these dynamics and I wish the closest one to me was this cool. I appreciate it the good customer service and for always getting my coffee right.

I love the Iced apple crisp oatmilk Macchiato.
My go to drink is the iced caramel macchiato.

If you don’t have coffee just say it. I order a Grande black coffee around 4 pm on 3/27/25 the guy gave me a cold coffee full of waste which went to my throat, and I almost threw out. This is awful.

This Starbucks is never consistent… the last few times I’ve ordered a drink here, it’s been really bad. This used to be my go to store but not anymore. It’s like they are training new people here. The people are nice but the drinks are soo bad. My caramel macchiato had no sweetener in it.. I’ve tried to give them another try but now I am expecting it to be a bad drink everytime…

this Starbucks is like home the employees are fantastic ! The manager and all employees top of the line. I am a coffee junkie this Starbucks has mayed the perfect cup most of the time!! Love this place!

Just not gonna order starbucks in the uber eats app. I ordered from the Sherman way store, they forgot my drinks just gave me my muffin. Got my money back on UE and tried again at this store and they gave me my drinks but they gave me a matcha instead of 2 pumpkins spice. Do managers not check the order before they get sent out?

The store does a great job of greeting and serving. Of course I bring my best every morning and realized that if we bring our best, so will most people who are aware and tuned into their surroundings. When it's busy and hectic I try not to add to it but bring some patience, compassion and a smile to tell them, I'm here waiting my turn and showing the staff that it's okay. Been walking my dog to this place every morning until my recent loss. The staff was always so good to her as well.

Girl at drive through very pleasant and drink water made correctly which is saying a lot for Starbucks lately. I travel a lot for work and the quality control is horrible with Starbucks. Maybe the first order of business for their new CEO!

I’m not happy with the service because usually in the evening when I go for a walk with my dogs, I usually enter the establishment at 9.10 pm, but for some reason the employees decide to close earlier and I have to go to drive a pickup, and every time they tell me not to pick up mine here order. I am very angry with this behavior of this establishment!!! please change the schedule of establishments on Google so that people are not to blame on both sides!!!!
