This place is bad. It sucks and you shouldn't waste your time here. I came to pick up a mobile order and didn't even get acknowledged or told it was ready or offered a cup holder. To make it worse they messed up my order, I ordered a REGULAR Matcha Frappuccino but for some reason there's coffee in it?

Starbucks has been so bad these past couple of years. the only time i get a good coffee is when i get their drip coffee and nothing else. but it’s like every time i go in they make it their mission to make the worst drink possible. and it was whatever when their drinks were $3-$5. but now they’re way too overpriced for the quality of coffee they are serving. and i have tried multiple locations near my house hoping for a better experience but they all seem to be the same. i will say that the people helping me are more often than not very sweet and energetic so i don’t have a problem with them. i just can’t justify spending almost 6 dollars on a customized talk drink.

My favorite Starbucks in CA. Everyone is so polite and my drink is always perfect. They all deserve a raise. The fact they're paid minimum wage should be a crime. I'm so thankful for them cuz I never have time to make coffee before work. They're always there bright and early, ready to take orders.

This place deserves 0 stars, I waited in line to purchase a water bottle around 11:30am there was no line , I was the only person waiting to be helped , before I entered I noticed 2 cars in drive thru , there was 4-5 baristas , 1 one them a girl wearing a Beanie , passed me 2-3 times at the the third time she said she'd help me in a minute , I made eye contact with a few baristas, none attended me, after waiting for about 3 mins, I left my water bottle picked my pre ordered drink and left, this is not the first time this location lacks on service while I'm there.How hard is it to charge a water bottle ? Or to ask what I need? I noticed there is a lot of new ppl , what's the problem or why are we upset about doing our job? Let's do better Starbucks, we're already paying a good amount on our coffee ,

Near Canoga Park high school so if you want anything between 7:30a and 9a you wait at least 20 minutes. I suggest doing mobile order or drive-through. Ordered at 8:10a, left at 8:46a. Shitty parking and drive-through location sicks.It literally just took me 36 minutes to get a coffee here....

I waited in line for 5 minutes without so much as someone acknowledging I was there...I was the only person at the counter. Someone came in after me and asked if they were even taking orders. That said, they were super busy with online orders and drive through. Andrew was a gem...friendly and kind...Andrew made up for it for sure. The rest of the staff were busy but not real happy it seems. Don't go here if you are in a rush!! (I'm glad I wasn't)

I sometimes like to sit down for a coffee in this shop and the baristas are always very friendly and nice. I was disappointed on one occasion when an employee named rude handed me the wrong drink but that wasn't a huge deal, they got it back to me pretty quick. But when he turned to talk to a coworker I saw them flinch when he touched them. And I thought that was weird. You good in there? Blink twice if you need help.
