Absolute joke- I have never had my mobile order go smoothly at this location, perhaps the store owner herself should rethink taking mobile orders if the store is not equipped or does not have a proper system to check them. I was at a loss as was another customer at the same time. It’s called checks and balances, ensure that orders are given out to correct customers or atleast have a check out system to confirm order has been picked up by correct customer. Simple logic. It’s rather disheartening the employees are afraid to call you to ask for help or questions, says a lot. When they did call you multiple times, you failed to answer. Have you as an owner, ever worked in customer service? Employee working the register did his best but was also ill equipped due to your lack of training in the customer service arena. Learn from what your customers are saying. Shame on you, your employees deserve better.

This is the THIRD time in row that I’ve ordered and picked up and at least one of the sandwiches is completely wrong. Like not even close. And the rest of them are disgusting. The bread is so stale it cuts your mouth. And every time it’s the same two women working on a Saturday night. It’s the closest to my house, but I’m done.

The young man working was all by himself tonight and he had a great attitude and had our food ready to go for our mobile order while he was also helping a whole other family. Kind guy and reminded me to hold the bottom of the bag! Always like this location! Thank you great employee April 3rd 2024 8:20, give him kuddos, I'm tipping next time. Long hair (in a net of course) ? nice young man. Our sandwiches are all numbered and made perfectly I might add!

There are subways everywhere, often just blocks from each other. The down the street from me is Open 24 hours. Unfortunately I had some newspaper coupons in green delivered in my mail. Now they expired an I are a lot subway. Now I know the site has a good deal . But not as good as the paper ones, and I like to custom order my sandwiches right at the line. Where in the app you are at the mercy of the maker, hope they get that perfect rayi of spinach and olives. The order in app needs to have a choice to have it made once you come. , I guess I'll wait til some more of those coupons come again 699 for a footling 1299 for two and 3 for 1799. I had my whole office going

This place is my go to spot since me and my son love subway. The Hispanic ladies are so welcoming and nice to us, always making or subs thick when ever we order. The place is always clean and well kept, my baby mamma got subway at a different location and she got food poisoning… So this is the only subway we go to ??????
I just want to recommend this Subway restaurant in 9845 Topanga canyon Blvd Chatsworth as a warm welcoming place employees always greet me with a big smile they listen to me and make me the most delicious sandwich very polite and nice food quality is perfect never has problem I made this store as my primary sub way store recommend %100 ?keep up the good work

On Sunday April 3rd i visited this subway for a Pastrimi sandwich. The young lady behind the count play me for a Fool. She stated they DO NOT servuce restaurant food. WHAT THE !!! IS CHICKEN , BACON, STEAK if not restaurant food. Never gioing there again
