Noooo! The "old crew"....they're gone. It ain't the same anymore...food, service, ambiance. My family and I had dinner there last weekend because we were in the Valley thinking the "old crew" was still there, and it's totally like night & day between the "old crew" and this new staff. Trust me, it ain't the same.?

We have been coming here for years and the food is great. We mostly do delivery now as it's just easier. The food is always great and fresh and delivery is quick. The restaurant staff and delivery drivers are always nice.

Leaving this review because the dine in customer service is horrible. I came in with my child and wanted to be seated in the corner and they refused to let me do so because the space was “too big for me”. It felt like a discriminatory response as the space was literally empty. The customer is always right in business***

The food was ok, but the service was very disappointing. We felt rushed from the minute we sat down to when we were told they closed in 10 minutes, which by the way was 8pm, not the 9pm posted on the door. The waitress was curt, didn't bring water when asked, didn't clear plates throughout the meal, and dropped the bill off when still eating main course. This restaurant use to be a favorite for Chinese food, but I would not dine-in again.

Forget that it needs a bad remodel.. the food is just, “ok”. When your broth tastes like dish water! Need I say more? Try Ping Pong in Encino, never disappoints!

HEY JOHN DTRAIN UR EMPLOYEES!!NO RICE comes with entrées for online pickup. Where is this information? It is nowhere except in the mouth of a rude employee.When I picked up my online order, I specifically asked if white rice was included with entrees. The cashier said yes it was! Of course, when I got home there was no white rice with the entrees.So I called.After 10 questions, the person on the other side of the phone finally said no rice comes with online orders. I told her my story. The phone went silent.I said, are you there? She repeated no rice with online orders. She said you can always call our number on our website if you have questions. I said I did better than that I was face-to-face with your cashier and I asked her and she told me rice comes with the entrees.The woman on the other side of the phone says, what do you want me to do? I'm just a server. I said how about telling your manager that the employees are giving out the wrong information and if rice doesn't come with online orders it should be clearly communicated on the website.The call ended. I received no apology no empathy and just had this experience with a rude woman server.

None of the dishes are spicy. Not even the Szechwan. It's alright though.
Good food, fast service, Accommodating.Features: Not busy most of the time so everyone is inside spread out. Servers wear masks.
