The food here is excellent with marvelous flavor. However the service is very slow-paced. It is part of the ambiance; kicked back and low stressed. Each time I've returned, I would give the same review, which is why I would come back; like I wrote the food is EXCELLENT. If I lived nearby, take out would be smart.

Forget that it needs a bad remodel.. the food is just, “ok”. When your broth tastes like dish water! Need I say more? Try Ping Pong in Encino, never disappoints!

Just don't eat here! My favorite Chinese restaurant closed due to retirement and I thought I would try this! Horrible first they left out the pancakes for the Mu Shu and the sauce but perhaps they did me a favor because the smell was nasty... Both the fried rice and lo mein tasted OLD and not the right texture what a waste of money

Not so fresh. Half warn and half frozen combination rice. The order contained various dishes of food. They all tasted like leftovers. This was the second chance I gave this restaurant. I went here for over a decade but the last two years the food quality went downhill.

The hot and sour soup is worth recommending, the fried beef is very fragrant, the rice is good, and the fish-flavored shredded pork is also good.

Delicious food here and not too oily, also, service was considerate, kind and attentive for our elders in their 90's, and our wee littles, too! Thank you for being a safe place for family dining.

Don't know if they changed owners but the service has been awful there the last three times we've been there. The food is good that's why I gave them three stars. For some reason white rice is not included with ordering online and the website doesn't tell you that. Also if you call for food to go the phone just rings and rings which is very annoying when eating there. Not to sure if we will be back which is sad because we've been coming here so long.

We ordered three dishes for take out. Food all looked and tasted the same. Orange chicken was so mushy and had no flavor. Beef and broccoli same, mushy no flavor. Lo Mein noodles had no flavor and the noodles were over cooked. Don't waste your money.

HEY JOHN DTRAIN UR EMPLOYEES!!NO RICE comes with entrées for online pickup. Where is this information? It is nowhere except in the mouth of a rude employee.When I picked up my online order, I specifically asked if white rice was included with entrees. The cashier said yes it was! Of course, when I got home there was no white rice with the entrees.So I called.After 10 questions, the person on the other side of the phone finally said no rice comes with online orders. I told her my story. The phone went silent.I said, are you there? She repeated no rice with online orders. She said you can always call our number on our website if you have questions. I said I did better than that I was face-to-face with your cashier and I asked her and she told me rice comes with the entrees.The woman on the other side of the phone says, what do you want me to do? I'm just a server. I said how about telling your manager that the employees are giving out the wrong information and if rice doesn't come with online orders it should be clearly communicated on the website.The call ended. I received no apology no empathy and just had this experience with a rude woman server.

Delicious! We weren't able to get into the place we had planned to go to so we tried this place instead and we were totally thrilled. Great food, very nice atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Definitely try this amazing place!

Been going there for over 15 yrs, yes, we know is new owners but why serve tasteless Chinese food? Yesterday ordered for pickup- customer ahead of us was screaming at cashier that they always f*** up the order! Beef and broccoli- tasteless Sweet and Sour ckn so soggy and tasteless Fried eggplant - tasteless String beans were so limp they filled half the container! Our order had much more: Soup, fried rice, chow mein. Very standard fare. Even the rice wasn't cooked well! So how do you have a Chinese food restaurant and serve this poor quality?? Our family will never go there again.

Food is great and service. We had chicken cream corn soup (my favorite), chicken curry, mixed low mien and beef with mushrooms and onions. All was delicious.
