Honestly I’m so upset I just got hung up on and my order all wrong I work fast food nothing was good about this exchanged my cinnamon twist for chips when I call they said they have them then hung up on me. I door dashed this and got no sauce on top of that the drink was trash Diet nothing was good. I work fast food this was horrible I deal with angry customers to get hung up on. Ok

They are Not open until 3am inside. They close at 10pm. Maybe the drive-thru is open until 3am. I was so bummed I walked there hungry only to be disappointed. Please change your hours!!!

I don’t know why you would put a kiosk system to order “fast and convenient food” when it’s the slowest way to get ANYTHING!! I was the first out of three people and it took over 20 mins to get one burrito done. I will never be walking in the restaurant for an order, that’s for sure. The only thing good about my experience was the fact that you can customize basically anything from the kiosk, even value menu items 👏🏻

Terrible customer! When asked who I spoke with he said his name was Melvin. Likely a lie as it were a Latino guy late night. My partner is lactose and there was cheese on the tacos instead of substituting it out without cheese, he stated the only way to replace it is to pay for the change…. I’ve never in my fast food customer service experience, faced such an unsatisfactory experience. Nevermore, not trying to resolve an error on his staffs behalf is even worst. Avoid this location at all costs!

Placed my order online for pickup and everything was hot including the cheese sauce. This is very rare for fast food restaurants now days, GOOD JOB team at the Topanga location in Canoga Park you all deserve for me to take the time to give a review.
