I usually order drive-thru, so I can't comment on their atmosphere but the service could be better. There's a person (tall girl with dark hair) who has been working the drive-thru window for at least a few months now... she's just not nice. She never says hello or smiles, doesn't give you a receipt and just isn't a pleasant person. Let's talk about the Taco Bell at DeSoto and Roscoe. Honestly, it's probably the best Taco Bell in the area, maybe even in the whole country, or possibly the world. This place is amazing. They give you plenty of everything you ask for. The people who work here are great. Food was good, tasted like Taco Bell. I’m bummed because they don’t have pico salsa anymore. Which means no Chicken Mexi Melt, a FAVORITE! Lastly, no green onions for the Mexican Pizza. I know it’s not a big deal but it kind of is…. They really helped with the flavor of the pizza. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is always clean from trash and graffiti. Plus the lawn is maintained, green and lookin’ good.
