I usually order drive-thru, so I can't comment on their atmosphere but the service could be better. There's a person (tall girl with dark hair) who has been working the drive-thru window for at least a few months now... she's just not nice. She never says hello or smiles, doesn't give you a receipt and just isn't a pleasant person. I'm giving 3/5 stars because of this and because the food is usually made correctly but there have been numerous times...

Let's talk about the Taco Bell at DeSoto and Roscoe. Honestly, it's probably the best Taco Bell in the area, maybe even in the whole country, or possibly the world. This place is amazing. They give you plenty of everything you ask for. The people who work here are great.
