Fantastic service and food never disappoints!
Had a hard time finding the place to park for 2 cars. We do enjoy the foods so finished all of them! The size of each plate is pretty decent so don’t order too many!
Had awesome food with My Eldest for MY Birthday....what could be better? Nothing!!

We go to Cheesecake Factory fairly often because the food is usually very good and consistent. The service, however, has tapered off to the point that we will probably try a different location next time.

The food and the service are outstanding, but the ambiante Music is too loud!
Parking: Parking is a bit of a challenge, especially with the theaters.
They need more Handicap Parking, close to the entrance.

Visited on a Friday and had a lovely lunch date :) was helped out by Kirk who was very funny and attentive. To drink I had the Peach Bellini which was so refreshing! Then to eat we ordered the Cajun jambalaya pasta and the crispy chicken costolleta. Everything was amazing as always! I’ve been to cheesecake for years, but this particular visit really left me inspired to leave a review due to the amazing service and my overall satisfaction with everything. Will definitely keep coming back.

Cake is good... cheese is ok
Bought $100 gift card and got two $15 bonus cards. All set for this gift.
What can I say? Wanted to take my granddaughter out for a nice meal. First of all, the service was poor. After ordering, I went to salt my protein and the lid fell off all with excess salt. Being a nice person, and could not get the server's attention, I brushed off the salt. I ate as much as I could. Waitress finally came by, with the bill. I proceeded to tell her what happened. Her reply was, "that must have been annoying", "do you want to try one of our cheesecakes?"
