This place is one I've been going to for years. However as of last year I started to not like this place due to the very very nasty/ rude employees that have joined. Manager VICTORIA is one of the rudest people I've ever met, with no accountability and understanding of what it means to be kind. Any feedback given to her is met with a nasty responses such as “what do you want me to do about it” and loves to encourage people to leave. she also has personal vendettas against people, and if she doesn't like you or your man you will not be coming back. Horrible for a place i started going to when it was just a hole in the wall. I miss the open minded, fun, and friendly environment the rabbithole was known for. I wish the owner Alexander actually cared still but he might be too busy with other things, because you also used to seem him around a lot and he was an interesting person to talk to.

This place is unique and has a great vibe. No food is offered but the drinks are well served and taste great! Service is also pretty attentive, love the themed bar and bar seats! Highly recommend the dirty martini and playing beer pong! They also have a chess game setup!

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We got there at 1am, bar stops serving at 145. We came here about 2 weeks ago at the same time and got drinks without an issue. We stood at the bar unassisted for almost 30 minutes. All 3 bartenders passed us up and tended to the other few people at the bar. We tried to transition to the other end of the bar since no one was tending to our side. The place had a good amount of people dancing around but bar was NOT crowded. We noticed the bartenders counting their tips and closing out tabs 30 minutes prior to the last call and we just knew we wouldn't get assisted when we kept getting ignored. Let me also mention we paid to get in. We were at the location with enough time to buy a few rounds of drinks and couldn't because of the nonchalant staff ready to leave and mentally clocked out. We brought this to the manager Victorias attention just to inform her of us not appreciating tonight's service and she immediately said "OKAY....AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO". We immediately looked confused. I said "aren't you the manager?" And she said "I AM, so like I said, what do you want me to do. It's not my fault you decided to come to a bar at 1am". I'm baffled. I told her she had a very nasty attitude and she proceeded to tell the security to escort us out as we were already leaving. I've experienced poor service before but Never have I experienced poor service before but Never have I ever experienced management act so nasty to a very basic statement regarding their staff.
We have also seen the owner respond very nastily to undesirable comments on yelp so l expect that coming soon. I also would absolutely hate to have to pull the discrimination card but it sure felt like it considering we were the only of our kind there.

I always have fun when I come here with my friend ! I feel safe with the security guard, they'll walk you to your car if ur ever feeling unsafe. And the workers are so cute ! Esp around October with their Halloween costumes !! And if you're like me who doesn't drink alcohol, they're sweet enough to accommodate (:

What a hidden vibe for a Tuesday night! Me and my friend were visiting LA and randomly came across the rabbit hole. Such a cool bar and the bar staff made it that much better! Games + karaoke where everyone got involved generally was not expecting to have one of the best nights! Victoria who worked there was honestly the best! Deffo will be back

The bar has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, we had a negative experience that was poorly handled. My boyfriend opened a tab, and when we were ready to leave, the staff couldn't find his credit card and claimed his tab was already closed. The bartender said there was nothing they could do and then focused on other customers. Despite asking for a receipt, we were not provided one. My boyfriend immediately canceled his card and filed a claim with his credit card company, only to find a $250 charge on his statement.

Parking: The parking is okay if the lot fills up the easiest spot to park is in the Lowe's down the street saw a lot of people doing that we were lucky enough to arrive right as someone was leaving though

Atmosphere is on point, music was awesome the security guards look like men in black which was sort of cool and they were super nice ?. Things that need to be improved, the bathroom door is right on the dance floor so add a spring so it shuts automatically. Not sure why they added chairs and a couch on the dance floor but for me it needs to go. Probably the most important is the drinks and here is where it becomes hit and miss. The drink appearance and presentation is great 5 stars but the quality of the drink ? some good and some not good. When you’re paying $16-$20 for a drink like the one I had there is no room for error and mine just wasn’t good. I will be back because it’s a nice place and enjoyable and I have to mention they have expanded there bar/club and have added a comedy room next door which you access from the back of the bar. You can walk back and forth with your drinks and I have to say it was a nice addition. The comedian was pretty good had good energy and I love the racial aspects of his jokes ?. He cracked on me so be careful if your standing out you will be next!
