There are two Wetzels locations within this mall and the one located outside Macy’s is far and away the best! The staff is always super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Maybe it’s just my imagination but I feel like I get more and softer fresher pretzels from this location compared to the one upstairs by the food court. I now go out of my way to buy from here. Y’all are the best!

Paid over priced for okay food. Extremely hot day finished my drink requested a refill expecting to pay something. Disappointed at the fact that they charge all over again as a new drink. There is no refill. They should have a sign “no refills” I paid… didn’t know until after she handed me my drink.

I bought two pepperoni twists, brought them home to realize they are at least a day old, were reheated and sold as fresh. There is also barely any cheese on them. Will never buy from this location. Shame on the employee for blatantly lying when asked if the pretzels are fresh.

Was standing in line, and the girl literally saw me shout across to tell the other stand, not working hard and ignoring the fact I was in line and then said ok im out. Like if I wasn't in front of her, waiting to me helped. She didn't even acknowledge me. Very unprofessional. Please Wetzel hire amicable, hard working workers.

This Wetzel's Pretzels is fine. Service is pretty good and the food is often fairly fresh as they get a fairly large amount of patronage from their location in the mall. Not the healthiest option, but reasonably good for what it is.

Today I went for a stuffed, pepperoni pretzel. The menu said that the cheese-stuffed pretzels came in three types, one of which was "Twisted Pepperoni." That item ran something like $4.59, and the guy at the counter rang me up for OVER $9.00! You know how people lie, and sometimes it's just TOO EASY to catch them? That's what happened here. First, "Well...I thought you asked for something else." Then, after I catch the guy, "Taxes keep getting higher!" Tell the truth, clown! You know that I'm disabled, and you know that I have a credit card; how "hard" would it be to take advantage of a guy like ME?! I don't want to say "never again," but it will definitely be a while before I'll be visiting Wetzel's! :-
