I have never had a worse experience. They messed up my order. I called the store and they told me to come back and they would make it right. When I got there I got nothing but attitude from Crystal the manager. She was arrogant and very nasty. I would never go there again.

Super bad experience I had with this Wingstop. If it’s not my order missing from getting it delivered. It’s my order not being completed from picking it up. At the end of the day everytime I try to just give it one more change they always back me off. Never had problems like those before until this year. Either it’s the worker that are getting into a position they are not ready for or they are not prepared enough together to make the day go more smoothly for themselves.

Idk why the restaurant seems dingy and reminded me of stale old mop water. This used to be a fun treat to get but dam the quality of the food went down and the price went up. I only order the tenders, I order 5-7 but bro you get tiny skinny pieces and majority of that tender will be chicken fat and clumps of bread coating. Totally not worth it anymore. Plus they give it to you super oily and salty. The fries get soggy there's no crispyness to them just limp oily fries. Mehhhh I've stopped going. Always double check your bag because they tend to forget your order and then you go home without everything you ordered.
Ordered wing stop for grammys night. Fries were undercooked , no fry seasoning at all and wings were lacking flavor. Bad all around and not worth the price. Every location is different, and the customer service is not consistent either. Avoid this trash location.

My husband ordered bone out and received bone in. They saw my husband holding my sleeping 6yr old in his hands a sleep well waiting for our food. I called Wingstop to let them know what happened about the mix-up. They asked to bring the food back. I explained to them that my 6-year-old is asleep ( which they remembered him holding her) & my 2-year-old is sick. I can't go back it's 11pm. No accountability from the manager. The manager could have gotten on the phone and could have said sorry for the mix up but nothing at all but to bring the food back as if it was our fault. This will be the last time I go there.
