When I moved to the SCV a year ago, I really hoped there would be a It's Boba Time location near me and I got lucky! I love its location because it's next to a gas station, Carl's Jr, Bank of America and even a Costco. There's also a McDonald's across the street and the 14 freeway. Very conveniently located; I will occasionally stop on my way to Costco or after. The staff is teenagers and college kiddos but they're friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and presentable. I recommend it for its location.

This is literally the worst run franchise of Its Boba Time. The children that work here have no sense of what adequate service or mediocre boba should be presented as. It's Boba Time at other locations is a great boba option. This location is a miss every time. It is worth driving an extra 12 minutes out of my way to the Newhall location. Mobile orders always incorrect, +15 minutes waits for a single Thai-Tea that is poured from a nozzle. 2-4 employees standing in the back behind a curtain at all times, hoping they are not seen. Great parking at the location saves the one star. I feel bad writing this but I've been going here to long to watch it get worse. They turn off the app orders everyday during store hours, and have never answered the phone. I am sorry.

service is bad, really bad. all employees seem to work with headphones in, people waited to order for 10 minutes as they all seemed confused in the back trying to complete orders. i suggest they work on having a completed order list on their screen for mobile orders and more tenative staff for helping walk in orders.
They never get my order wrong I love this place if your near by definitely recommend the team is also extremely helpful and kind

Excelente Service. Thank you for having Shaved Ice. Got the Mango Shaved Ice (Bowl) and it was delicious. I was in another Boba Time location around the area and the service was so bad that I decided to leave and drive 15 more minutes to this location. ? Loved it! Best decision ever. Worth the drive...And the staff was super friendly. Definitely, coming back!
