They have good drinks, but are very understaffed! I waited 10 minutes just to order, and then waited another 15 for my drink, they called 6 numbers after mine, but not mine. I think they forgot about my drink. Drink wasn’t even that good tbh ?
When I moved to the SCV a year ago, I really hoped there would be a It's Boba Time location near me and I got lucky! I love its location because it's next to a gas station, Carl's Jr, Bank of America and even a Costco. There's also a McDonald's across the street and the 14 freeway. Very conveniently located; I will occasionally stop on my way to Costco or after. The staff is teenagers and college kiddos but they're friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and presentable....read full review
