“When I moved to the SCV a year ago, I really hoped there would be a It's Boba Time location near me and I got lucky! I love its location because it's next to a gas station, Carl's Jr, Bank of America and even a Costco. There's also a McDonald's across the street and the 14 freeway. Very conveniently located; I will occasionally stop on my way to Costco or after. The staff is teenagers and college kiddos but they're friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and presentable. I recommend it for its location.“
“The owner is the nicest person ever! He always makes conversation with us and gives us donuts fresh off the tray. They are sooo tasty and he often throws in a few bonus donut holes. There is a great selection of donuts and drinks.. Would definitely recommend!“

“What a fantastic spot! I always go here whenever I take the kids across the street to the Hart baseball fields! They have a delicious selection of teas, slushes, ices, smoothies, other food too! I've had the dumplings and they were the perfect bite! I enjoy their boba Thai tea, and taro! I brought my nephew and he ordered the blue hawaiin with star jelly and said it was the best he's ever had. Love the laid back atmosphere here, the lovely staff and good vibes. Always welcome, the workers greet you warmly. They have games you can play, and a stamp card for rewards. I appreciate the diary free options as well!“
“Bomb ? af.... Most boba nowadays isn't with the price. You don't get many bubbles & the cups are short. Teaspoon is just the opposite! HUGE CUPS with perfectly squishy boba in it! I got theist traditional black tea boba with a shot of nitro cold brew. It's truly one of the best boba drinks I've ever had in life, and that's saying a whole lot! Very clean atmosphere as well with beautiful decor & nice staff. I highly recommend!“
“The best açaí bowl I’ve ever had, hands down, Freddy served me at the counter and also gave me a side of ashta (my first time trying) and it was delicious. I wish I had taken a picture, I ate everything up on my way to work lol. The price is very affordable compared to other acai bowl places, and the portions are large! The only issue is that parking is very difficult due to it being such a tiny lot, you may need to park across the street and walk over. Worth it none the less ❤️ “
“Came in with a friend the other day and I just have to leave a review because I absolutely love this place! The owner was soo sweet and she even informed us they get most of their ingredients fresh daily and they hand make their own vanilla!!! You can taste how fresh the food is and the love they put into it. The ambiance is beautiful and I will definitely be back.“
“Good food but value proposition is steep ($60+ for four combo meals). You can tell they, like everyone else, have been hit by inflation. It's so bad they had prices crossed out a few times and then eventually gave up. It's amusing and sad at the same time. Service was friendly. I liked the reserved spot they have for [the owner?] Efren. Ambiance is what you'd expect from a greasy spoon: could use a deep cleaning (kitchen looked fine though).“

“This Denny's is nearby my workplace. They always provide friendly land and timely service. In particular, this Denny's hosted my work place's holiday breakfast and provided abundant food for the employees. We all felt very appreciated. “What a great cafe' serving healthy food, smoothies, bowls and more. We were on our way to Laemmle theater and grabbed a quick bite here. Such a pleasure to see such a diverse menu with healthy choices. I had the turkey on sourdough with sprouts (quite good), my husband had the Cali-wrap, he definitely enjoyed! Having more time, I would have delved into the smoothie choices, but will definitely return to try other items. I have to say the baked goods looked scrumptious for sure! “What a gorgeous Outdoor Shopping Mall just like Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, CA., is. I was out here on a destination-centered exploring trip. I decided to support a tea shop here in Valencia, CA. It took me awhile to find this particular 'Tea Shop,' but was fortunate enough running into a security guard. I found the right street number and all, but it was tricky because the front door is located on another side of street parking. My lucky day today out here in Valencia, CA., because I first located free parking before I found the tea shop. I ordered 'House milk tea with pudding and boba,' and the barista was generous, she sent me a LOT of content. This drink is so large I still have it right now as I'm penning this review. I hope to be back? But I'll try other Shareteas in the Los Angeles, CA., area next trip out.“

Sometimes they are not always working the usual business hours so if you are unsure, you can call to make sure.The shop is filled with varieties of goodies that fits your cravings: sweet, salty, sour, spicy, hot, cold, fruits, drinks, ice cream, and more!Space is large, they have a row of ice cream bar choices, several selection of agua frescas, chips and fruits. They are also clean and inviting.My love is the agua frescas. They have different flavors daily and they offer free samples while you are there. Sometimes when you can't decide on one, you can mix the agua fresca and make it your own.I have also tried the street corn and it is amazing. “The food was good although I wish there were smaller bowls that you could get at a cheaper price. The banana caramel milkshake is one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. The poke was solid and the portions were good, the customer service was great. The restaurant workers were very kind and patient. 2 poke bowls and 2 drinks was $50+ after tip. We'd like to come back, but only for the occasional splurge unfortunately with prices that high. Still, very delicious and would recommend. Especially if you aren't worried about money.“

Love the reward program have filled all my stamps and redeemed. Although there are no tables in this locations I do like the aesthetic of it with its 2 benches now and just clean all the time. This locations is always clean and really fast to complete my order. I definitely recommend coming here.
