I want to recognize an outstanding employee, Axel. We initially ordered a special with two large pizzas, but unfortunately, they arrived cold, dry, and not enjoyable.
The next day, I called and spoke with Axel, and he completely turned things around. He was professional, kind, and took full ownership of the situation without any excuses. Even though he wasn’t the one who made the order, he made sure it was corrected.

Small spot to pick up pizza orders.
Pizza is always hot and tasty. Best part, is that the pizza here doesn't upset my stomach (other chains leave me bloated).
You can order there and wait at the bench or order online. I recommend ordering ahead as there is specials online.

Pizza Hut's quality, service, and food taste have reportedly decreased over time. Some customers have experienced issues with their pan pizza crust, including a hole and sticking to the cardboard box. However, others have had a more positive experience, praising the service and amenities. Despite some drawbacks, the restaurant remains a popular spot for families, with staff members receiving high praise for their friendly and efficient service.
