Tender and juicy. Well seasoned. 9/10. The Mac and cheese was fine but compared to the greens and the beans it needs work. More salt or add some smoked paprika or cayenne. 6/10. They made green salad, 2 different pastas and their delicious herb toast, and fruit for later in the night. I forgot to tell them that we extended our event for an extra hour and informed them at the event. They just gave me the fee and didn’t make a fuss about it at all. They serviced the entire event and did an amazing job bussing tables, serving cake and late night snack. They were all so pleasant to work with. I definitely would hire them again!
