“It was a great pleasure to welcome the Islanders Luau Group to our school’s AAPI Assembly. They truly brought the spirit, beauty, and culture of the Pacific Islands to life. Through their performances, they took us on a journey across the Pacific, showcasing the unique traditions and dances of different islands before ending with an unforgettable fire dancing finale. Their performances were engaging, inspiring, and meaningful, capturing the attention of both students and staff from beginning to end. The performers were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous. They not only shared their talents but also created an experience that united our entire school community. Many staff members and students were deeply moved by the performances, and it was wonderful to see so much excitement, joy, and cultural appreciation throughout the event. “Jefrox Adobo catered my sister's 18th birthday debut and WOW, they absolutely delivered! The food was delicious across the board, but the roast beef stole the show! Guests kept coming up to us just to talk about it, and plenty of them went back for seconds. Days later, people are still bringing it up!

They served 160 guests graciously and without a hitch. Everyone was fed, the line moved smoothly, and the team stayed warm and welcoming the entire night!

And here's the part we're most grateful for. They took us on with only two weeks' notice and never once made us feel like we were asking too much! They were responsive, accommodating, and handled everything with total professionalism from the first call all the way to the end of the night.

“Ashley Catering did an AWESOME job with catering my son's Celebration of Life reception. The guests were overly suprised about the quaility and presentation of the food. They made comment after comment on their favorites, BBQ Chicken, Brisket, and the BBQ Ribs! My family are particular of their meats. The commented on the tenderness and flavor. The potato and maccroni salads were so delicious! The pork and beans were "Fire!" as my son described them. The guests were more than eager to take the leftovers because we had more food than we actually needed. I highly recommend Ashley Catering as the number cater in the Inland Empire for quality, flavor, and pricing was more than affordable and fair! Their services with setup was impeccable!! “This is one of the best bbq I've had in my life. His bbq to me taste better than restaurants. He is an amazing host I would definitely recommend him for parties. I had the ribs oh man best ribs of my life. The bbq was homemade and lets just so say good you wanted to lick your finger because you didn't want the sauce to go to waste. Meat flavor was delicious and wanted to go back for more ribs. Tri tip was extremely mouth watering. Don't even get me started on there delicious cheesy potatoes those were my favorite along with the beans. So, in my opinion this is the best bbq ive ever had. “came here for the first time last night because I just opened a tow yard close by and the place seemed to be poppin. was a awesome choice. pulled in and the lot had classic cars and low lows parked outside. that was the first sign that it was meant to be. ordered fish tacos and they were bomb! wife ordered flautas for the babies and they had cheese inside. apparently they were amazing also. the salsa bar.... every salsa was very good I had to have all of them. good vibes! was leaving and a guy was walking to patio with a burrito the size of a football no lie! will be a new spot for the family for sure!“

“This restaurant is in a house, just to let you know. It might be better to order online to go from the sign outside? I had to walk around for a bit to find the entrance and then I tried ringing the doorbell but that didn’t work 😂 it is very nice inside tho and I had a really good time getting food from here. I don’t speak Spanish, and everyone was very nice and accommodating and they take card. The food was great! I had two papusas for $8 and it was very filling and delicious.“

“Chef Kirby Jones, just catered an event for about 20 people and served up some of the best food, including Vegan, I've had. I would recommend them 10/10 for catering. It was next level good! She was extremely kind and attentive. Simply put, it was the best catering experience I've had. We would 100 percent rebook.“
