“I can't say enough about Chef Bill Blackburn Farm to Table. From start to finish everything was top notch. We hosted a large holiday party at our home with 100 guests and Bill delivered the most exquisite catering experience. He met with us several weeks prior to make sure we had everything perfect. The night of the party, his team was incredibly professional and the cuisine was over the top delicious!
Our menu was a HIT!!! Bill did a poolside “Live Action Station” with shrimp and scallops, Mediterranean beef kebobs with mint pesto sauce, Thai chicken sate with peanut sauce, Lentil Bolognese, a huge sushi platter, a beautiful fresh seasonal fruit platter, and delicious assorted mini dessert. Our only regret was not ordering more food because every guest went back for seconds and thirds - the food was incredible.
I love to cook and prepare, but I really wanted to enjoy my own holiday party. There is no way I could have done it. Bill delivered 100% and exceed expectations. Everyone still to this day comments on the food that we had at the party.
We liked it so much, that we called Bill a week later to cater our Christmas Day dinner! We had a party of 12 and he put together the most beautiful menu including a roasted sea bass, an impressive tomahawk rib roast, and all of the delicious sides. Christmas was so easy thanks to Bill. It all arrived hot and kept well on the stove until we were ready to eat.
I highly recommend Bill and his amazing catering services. The next time I need to cater, Bill will be the first call. We loved working with him.“

Eat BBop is not just a place to grab a delicious bite to eat, it's a reflection of the passion and hard work of its owner. The business is family-owned and operated, and the owner and his mother once had a location in LA under a different name. I’ve actually had some of their food from this location, delicious obviously, and was stoked at the opportunity to find them here in Norco! I also learned that the owner's family ACTUALLY journeyed over here from Korea! In search of opportunity, they now share their passion for traditional Korean cuisine.
The dish that hooked me initially was their authentic and delicious black bean noodles, or Jajangmyeon. These chewy wheat noodles are cooked in a rich, savory black bean sauce, which is made in-house using a blend of fermented black beans, onions, and various seasonings. The sauce is thick and hearty, and paired with the soft texture of the noodles, it makes for a satisfying and comforting dish. The Jajangmyeon is served with a side of pickled ginger, which provides a nice contrast in texture and helps to balance out the richness of the sauce. It's definitely a must-try dish for anyone visiting Eat BBop.
Another popular dish at Eat BBop is their spicy fried chicken sticks. These juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a spicy garlic-y sauce, and then deep-fried to perfection. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the heat level is just right. It's a great option for anyone looking for a snack or a light meal, and also as a side dish to share with friends.
