“Starting off with the torta. This thing was an absolute unit. Every bite was amazingly juicy and the flavor was dripping everywhere. I couldn’t get enough. The ramen was pretty decent. Honestly the consome was much better without the ramen. I’m thinking it might have been the type of ramen used wasn’t the best. The tacos were on special this day, so we ordered some, but they were kind of bland by themselves and I’d skip em the next time. Overall just get the consome and tortas.“

“Once we booked with the Nixon Library, we were given a choice of 2 caterers that we could use. I was a bit worried when I found this out, as I wasn’t sure I wanted to be boxed in with specific vendors. White House catering was by far our favorite choice. Katie was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me plan out “Operation Keep Grandma Nice”, and was just a great person to be able to work with. The staff on the day of were fabulous too. The server for our sweetheart table was the sweetest - constantly kept checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was always nearby in case we did. They are definitely a well oiled machine, and everything ran extremely well. It is clear that they have this very fine tuned! Thank you again for everything and making sure all of our guests were taken care of and well fed! :)“

Eat BBop is not just a place to grab a delicious bite to eat, it's a reflection of the passion and hard work of its owner. The business is family-owned and operated, and the owner and his mother once had a location in LA under a different name. I’ve actually had some of their food from this location, delicious obviously, and was stoked at the opportunity to find them here in Norco! I also learned that the owner's family ACTUALLY journeyed over here from Korea! In search of opportunity, they now share their passion for traditional Korean cuisine.
The dish that hooked me initially was their authentic and delicious black bean noodles, or Jajangmyeon. These chewy wheat noodles are cooked in a rich, savory black bean sauce, which is made in-house using a blend of fermented black beans, onions, and various seasonings. The sauce is thick and hearty, and paired with the soft texture of the noodles, it makes for a satisfying and comforting dish. The Jajangmyeon is served with a side of pickled ginger, which provides a nice contrast in texture and helps to balance out the richness of the sauce. It's definitely a must-try dish for anyone visiting Eat BBop.
Another popular dish at Eat BBop is their spicy fried chicken sticks. These juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a spicy garlic-y sauce, and then deep-fried to perfection. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the heat level is just right. It's a great option for anyone looking for a snack or a light meal, and also as a side dish to share with friends.
In summary, Eat BBop offers a great variety of authentic Korean dishes, but their Jajangmyeon and spicy fried chicken sticks are definitely the local favorites. “I can't say enough about Chef Bill Blackburn Farm to Table. From start to finish everything was top notch. We hosted a large holiday party at our home with 100 guests and Bill delivered the most exquisite catering experience. He met with us several weeks prior to make sure we had everything perfect. The night of the party, his team was incredibly professional and the cuisine was over the top delicious!
Our menu was a HIT!!! Bill did a poolside “Live Action Station” with shrimp and scallops, Mediterranean beef kebobs with mint pesto sauce, Thai chicken sate with peanut sauce, Lentil Bolognese, a huge sushi platter, a beautiful fresh seasonal fruit platter, and delicious assorted mini dessert. Our only regret was not ordering more food because every guest went back for seconds and thirds - the food was incredible.
I love to cook and prepare, but I really wanted to enjoy my own holiday party. There is no way I could have done it. Bill delivered 100% and exceed expectations. Everyone still to this day comments on the food that we had at the party.
We liked it so much, that we called Bill a week later to cater our Christmas Day dinner! We had a party of 12 and he put together the most beautiful menu including a roasted sea bass, an impressive tomahawk rib roast, and all of the delicious sides. Christmas was so easy thanks to Bill. It all arrived hot and kept well on the stove until we were ready to eat.
I highly recommend Bill and his amazing catering services. The next time I need to cater, Bill will be the first call. We loved working with him.“

“Late review but I was just thinking about this place. Came here on Christmas Day with my family last year and it was delicious. Everything tasted good, lots of selection in the buffet and delicious desserts. Service was excellent. If I lived nearby I would be a regular.“
“I love many of their flavors! They are unique, yet very tasty! Just know that the shop’s location in San Dimas is located not in an obvious place, but trust me … their ice cream is out of this world!! My advice? Give the store a call before heading over as the store has very limited hours, so as not to get disappointed.“

“I love how tasty their food is. I had the Lafta wrap and a Kafta plate. The way I devoured it all was insane. We recently hosted our daughter’s Sweet 16 at this venue, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Abel and his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with. They’re not only professional and organized, but also incredibly warm and welcoming—a beautiful power couple who truly care about making your event special.
The space itself has been beautifully upgraded. The new improvements made everything look elegant and modern, and the extra touches they added with the decorations brought everything together perfectly. The ambiance was stunning, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked.
The food and cake were also a huge hit—delicious and beautifully presented. We received numerous compliments throughout the evening. What stood out the most to me, though, was how attentive and accommodating the staff were. On the day of the event, the team made sure everything went smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. They were friendly, helpful, and clearly experienced in handling special occasions like this.

Our top seller, the Lomo Saltado which is a dish of sautéed beef, purple onion, tomato, garlic and seasonings, French fries, and a side of Jasmine rice can also be ordered with a choice of three other meat options; chicken, shrimp or seafood. Just ask our happy customers who have been coming here for years! We have the aeropuerto dishes as well. This one is a sautéed combination plate of rice, pasta, bell pepper, Chinese cabbage, green onion, ginger, and seasonings. “Great place to start or end a Route 66 trip. Staff is nice and friendly. The pulled pork sandwich is yummy. Wish the prices were a little cheaper but that’s just how everything is these days. When buying a regular fountain drink (including the one in the combo deals), you get a free refill after; so that is cool. Worth checking out for sure!“
