“Jefrox Adobo catered my sister's 18th birthday debut and WOW, they absolutely delivered! The food was delicious across the board, but the roast beef stole the show! Guests kept coming up to us just to talk about it, and plenty of them went back for seconds. Days later, people are still bringing it up!
They served 160 guests graciously and without a hitch. Everyone was fed, the line moved smoothly, and the team stayed warm and welcoming the entire night!
And here's the part we're most grateful for. They took us on with only two weeks' notice and never once made us feel like we were asking too much! They were responsive, accommodating, and handled everything with total professionalism from the first call all the way to the end of the night.

“Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! “I absolutely love Raul’s Catering! I’ve tried several of their dishes, and everything has been delicious, but the chile relleno burritos are my absolute favorite.
We’ve also used Raul’s Catering for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner, and everyone loved the food. They were easy to coordinate with, professional, and offered great pricing. Their tamales have also become a holiday favorite in our family.
