Always great drinks, my boyfriend and I usually come here just to drink and get an app. Every single time we end up ordering a ton of food because it's phenomenal. We've come here a lot and I've never been unsatisfied. We'll be back very soon:)
So, we did end up going back. My son loves the food. The part that I disliked this time was that they were out of literally everything we ordered. Steaks, onion rings. We had to settle for something that was probably our last resort. Will we go back, yes. The food is great. Waitress was apologetic. That was a plus.

We are new to the area and had been wanting to try a local restaurant. We decided to give Canyon Cowboy a try. We made a reservation ahead of time and arrived early. We were seated right away. Our Server (Jessica) was very attentive thru out our stay. I had the Pot Roast and my husband had their Salmon. We both enjoyed our food very much and enjoyed the atmosphere. The hostess was also very friendly too which made us feel like we had made a good choice. Will definitely be back.
