Just ordered a fudge cake from hereon UberEats. This is a 33$ item that my driver said they couldn’t decorate with whip cream and cherries cream because it didn’t fit it in the box. Just put some cream and cherries in a separate containerr, guys. I really would’ve appreciated it

Ordered a birthday cake online. Cake wasn’t ready, order wasn’t received by the store or was lost. No cake for our party. They said we could pick one from the case but they were the same 2 flavors. Owner is never around to handle these things. High school kids run this place. They are clueless. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or apologize. No gift card or anything. They just don’t care.

I ordered a cake online almost and picked up today. When I got there they didn't have my cake they didn't realized I even made an online order.. so I had to c compromise on everything I wanted on the cake pretty much.. n they only offered a two dollar discount that doesn't even cover the gas now a days. Never again will I order from them! Very disappointed

What I am stoked about this store is the prices, the pre-packed ice cream selection and the variety of ice cream cakes!!!! The Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes beat any other ice cream cake in town. Service has improved over the past few months and it has a great atmosphere. If you have not visited in awhile or had a negative experience, give it another try.
Boycott this store. The owner, while walking his fluffy white dog, yelled at me and my partner randomly as we were walking down the street. He said he would smack the smirk off my partners face, and said he would "smack it off your b**ch (referring to me) too." Not only were we not even looking at him, we have no idea who this psycho is or what his problem may be. I have never had a grown man threaten to harm me randomly in public. There was a mother and her toddler near by who looked on terrified. We found out that he owns this Baskin-Robbins and people should be aware to look out for him. If you are reading this dude, get help.

I am seriously still in shock because of the absolutely horrible customer service that I received tonight while my daughter and I decided to get some ice cream. I say horrible service but actually it was more like nonexistent. First of all google says they close at 10:00 mind you we were there at 8:35. There was one lady working and no other customers. As we stood by the register she continued to clean and acted as if we weren't even there. 5 minutes goes by and my daughter asks to sample a flavor in which we received a " I mean, I guess" followed by the most disturbing eye roll I've ever received. I saw the whites of her eyes for like 20 seconds. I then order a milkshake and she starts making it and then half way through I guess changed her mind and says " we actually don't do shakes anymore"....Really? I don't know what changed in the minute after she took my order but she then tells me she could do it but wasn't going to. Anyways we got a scoop which was served along with several more weird eye rolls and like 10 huffs and puffs. Being someone who has worked in customer service for the last 15 years I am very understanding of people ams their needs and this was by far the most pathetic experience I have had in a very long time maybe even ever...oh ya and then as we were leaving I decided to let her know politely that she was very unpleasant. While getting in my car she starts pointing to me and talking smack about me to the next customer. That was really the cherry on top...pun intended! If you feel like you're too good to scoop And serve ice cream or turn on a blender, don't work at an ice cream parlor. I feel sorry for anyone else who has to go through this experience from this awful lasy. You will definitely be left with a bad taste in your mouth....

Nothing against Baskin-Robbins employee came out to my car thinking I had a drone and flying around and chasing him I came from Pizza to the heart to park to eat my pizza he came hitting on my car causing problems cursing at me when I had no drone to fly Mexican male with goatee rides electric skateboard

So i can see how other people like this place the ice cream is very good but there is one staff member i would like to point out i think his name was erin or eric and he was talking about how bad my social skills are and that i have never ordered a banana split because thats what i got and he wasent very nice to me and i have trouble hearing people with the mask so he made me feel stupid just because i couldent hear him i also struggle from ordering or like talking to people and he said i have bad social skills i am 11 years old and i dint feel very happy with him.
