Went with my friend. Overpriced, and got BOTH of our orders wrong. Due to allergies, I was unable to drink it. One staff member was friendly, the other is the main reason I'm leaving this negative review. My friend was unable to finish her drink, she said it was disgusting. The actual shop was overcrowded and so hot, it was like they were purposely trying to get costumers out. There is absolutely nothing I liked about this place. Also as someone who pays attention to wheelchair accessibility, this place doesn't seem good. Stay away, don't waste your time or money

We ordered a Oreo Okinawa Boba tea and it was delicious! The boba was so fresh and once you get to the cookie crumbles in the drink they are delicious! We will definitely be back when visiting. The location was super clean and they had really cute items for sale! The service was quick and the employee was friendly!

The boba was fresh and warm. For the quality and location, I think the price was reasonable. There's literally no other authentic boba around. Highly recommend and will return.

This local boba shop opened a few months ago. When it first opened, I was so exited to try it! My mom dropped my brother and I off, and we went inside. There were a lot of options on the menu! I chose to go with the Thai Tea with boba, and they didn't ask me anything about the sweetness or anything. Another thing is the two bobas, (me and my brother got the same thing) cost $20 together! That's way too pricy considering there is a middle school full of kids who would like to drink some refreshing boba after school. It's too pricey for middle schoolers to afford! Anyways, when we finally got our drinks, I took a sip and spit it out! The tea was super bitter and tasted like grass. I had a feeling that there was going to be a problem like this. I was super dissatisfied and we haven't gone back since. Maybe it would be better if you were a pro at ordering boba, but until then stay away!

After pressing no tip for an $8.25 drink (75 cents for boba), cashier turns away without saying a word and gives us almost no topping. It was an odd interaction. The drink was fine.

The woman who took my order seems nice however when the tip options popped up on the screen, she was looking how much I would have left. I felt uncomfortable so i skipped and didn’t tip. When i got my drink there was very few pieces of boba in my drink, in the picture it was mostly the boba syrup (most other boba shops normally doubles/triple the amount was given here). Kind of disappointed since i paid $8.25 for bad service (boba was an 75 cent up change)
