Came in around 7:45 AM for breakfast. There was one customer in the lobby and one car in the drive-through, yet I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged, even though the employee clearly saw me multiple times.
When he finally came over, he had no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting, no apology—just “what do you want?” I told him I had a mobile order for Sean, and he cut me off mid-sentence with a rude “name?” He then told me, in a condescending tone, that next time I should order it for in-restaurant instead of drive-through, even though it was my first time using the Burger King app and I followed exactly what it instructed me to do.
This was not a busy morning, so there is absolutely no excuse for the rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy. Customer service is literally this guy’s job, and he clearly doesn’t care to do it. I will never return to this location based on this experience alone.

The customer service Is terrible. The cashiers don’t care at all, this the second time they ve recuses ti serve me , and its always the evening shift.Im very disappointed because I usted to be a loyal customer,Even when they finally give me my order, it takes over 20minutes,and they just ignore the order customers. I ordered the cini minis and a mocha iced coffee. The minis seemed under done and the coffee was vanilla. Disappointed as when done right, Burger King is better than McDonald's.

This Burger King location really impressed me. It’s super convenient, spotless, and equipped with some of the best automated ordering devices I’ve ever used. The touchscreens are fast, responsive, and available in both English and Spanish, making it easy for anyone to order exactly what they want without feeling rushed or confused.
The layout of the kiosks makes the process smooth—you can customize your order, double-check it, and pay in seconds. Honestly, it’s faster than most fast-food apps. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it.

I went to the counter to place an order last night and the employees just ignore you for several minutes before taking your order - then while they’re taking your order they seem annoyed - then the guy taking my order and the lady bagging food start arguing with each other while he’s taking our order - The next morning I called the manager to let her know and all she said is I’ll look in to it - she didn’t even ask me what time I was there or what the employees looked like - the only reason I go here is because I like their taco’s -

I love the service, I cannot see the name of the gentleman who attended us, but he is dark and wears pigtails. We were 11 and we all ordered combos and 4 of them just gave us the hamburger, when they claimed they gave us things reluctantly, then we wanted to buy ice cream because we ate at the place and did not want to attend to us.
Open at 1:30 am! Piping hot fries and burger.
The lady at the window seemed very angry and was rude im sorry if you don't like your job but lady don't take it out on customers for your life decisions. Update she still works there and still hates her job.
Every time I eat there, I tried to remind myself not to do it again....
On the aspect of fast food, it's so bad for you
