I love the service, I cannot see the name of the gentleman who attended us, but he is dark and wears pigtails. We were 11 and we all ordered combos and 4 of them just gave us the hamburger, when they claimed they gave us things reluctantly, then we wanted to buy ice cream because we ate at the place and did not want to attend to us.
Open at 1:30 am! Piping hot fries and burger.
The lady at the window seemed very angry and was rude im sorry if you don't like your job but lady don't take it out on customers for your life decisions. Update she still works there and still hates her job.
Every time I eat there, I tried to remind myself not to do it again....
On the aspect of fast food, it's so bad for you
The guy who took my order took it very forcefully. I couldn't even understand what he was saying. He spoke very slowly, he seemed angry, and I felt like he ignored me when I asked for ketchup because I didn't put it on. He just gave me the order and left
Burger and fries was great. Front counter not very friendly
We got onion ring they gave use half-sie fries. They messed up on BOTH my kids burgers and the drive thru worker was RUDE AS HELL. Do not recommend.
Completely messed up 4 items ordered, rainy cold night and the door wouldn't close so literally made a wind tunnel effect to eat in the dining room, counter person was rude and placed my large cold drink in the same heavy paper bag with my hot food.

The kid running the window tried to overcharge me by 4.00 I called him on it and made him give me a receipt.
I was ok but the cashier was a little bit rude I hope next time will be better
Someone really needs to talk to the guy working the drive through. I understand trying to be quick but when he made a mistake he didn't handle it very well. He walked away from the window when I was trying to tell him we were missing a drink and this was after he had asked me a question. Throughout the whole transaction he was rude and short with me. From taking the card from me to giving it back to me. Asking me if I needed a drink holder. Every single interaction with him he was rude and curt. And when I was finally able to get his attention to get the drink he had missed he got visibly upset and was shaking. Before I could say thank you he shut the window on me. You need to have someone at the window who can handle the drive through. I have worked BK before and this is not how things need to be handled. Why be rude to the customer when he made the mistake and I was never rude to him? I'm sure you guys don't check these reviews, BK. Guess I'll have to get in contact with corporate. Customers watch out!
