I witnessed the staff being super rude to an elderly man with speech difficulties and discriminating against an Asian woman because they couldn't understand her accent. Worst Burger King I've ever.

Food was kinda soggy but was cheap there was a worker which was not very welcoming to me. And there was almost no one else in the restaurant. The food came out pretty fast though. $3 for a small soda??????????

I would give them zero stars if I could I ordered a basic chicken jr but the bun is cold and hard as hell and chicken ain't even hot who knows if this is a hazard to the Food health code humping 100% serious too. I should get a whole damn refund to be honest with you. The bun was so hard it was breaking apart I took one bite and realized I messed up going here this ain't the first time this has happen either ..

The oversized Mexican lady with the headphones rude as hell. You can tell she is there for the paycheck. Like everyone else. Cold attitude the whole staff is. Parking lot is full of pot holes. Am surprised peoples tires aren't damaged. When taking your order they act like they are doing you a favor with a horrible customer service. Mission ST Burger King has been better lately.

I come to this burger King for lunch a lot because it's close to my work.This is by far the worst bk ever the employees and managers are so rude they treat customers very poorly,I understand that they do do with a lot of homeless people coming in and causing problems at times, but that doesn't mean they should treat every customer poorly.The first time I went in I asked to use the restroom I really had to go and I was going to eat there I had to pee so bad they would not let me use the restroom until I ordered something the lady looked me up and down judging me trying to determine if I was a homeless person.I was very offended and explained I'm going to eat here I just had to use the bathroom first she refused so I went ahead and ordered almost peeing myself just so I could use the bathroom, you would think since I do eat there multiple times a week by now they know me but still get treated poorly by staff all I do is come in order eat and leave I've also seen them treat other customers very bad if I could give zero stars I would by far worst bk ever they should fire entire staff and rehire

I order food here all the time but all of a sudden I’m missing 2 out of 3 drinks I’ve ordered. I’m missing 2 Oreo shakes. I tried contacting Burger King for support on the app but no one haven’t talked to me yet.

Can't go wrong with an old skool chicken sandwich from BK (Burger King). One of the only fast food establishments in Northern Santa Cruz County of the H1, 41st Avenue. It's a quick bit and clean. The traffic can get rough, bit your appetite will be fulfilled. Newly remodeling helps the asthetics and appearance to please as you enter the parking lot and approach the ordering counter.
Went here this evening with my spouse. We ordered very simple meals. They were dry and cold and seasonless. The Cashier was very rude and short and tried to rush us even though there were no more customers. Several of the seats have been slashed and were just covered up with tape instead of being replaced. Some of the tables were dirty as well. We will never return to this location. It was both a waste of money and really soured our experience of burger king.

I was just in yesterday, and man, I was indecisive on what I wanted,Looking for something on my budget and then also remembering to get something for my kiddo who I was picking up from school. I made my order an ordeal, not meaning to. BUT, the workers here were so understanding and accommodating and truly wanting me to get what I wanted even though they were frustrated. I don't blame them. BUT with all that saidThey were extremely helpful and willing to work with me and accommodating to the needs I needed. Highly recommend this place. They were on it. Sorry to the workers who dealt with meI felt pretty bad and so her I am. Giving them thanks for working with me and appreciation for their time and patience

The worst Burger King place.My kids were hungry and wanted to grab some chicken fries and burgers for the long road.My wife was in the restroom and I wanted to wash my hand and use the restroom too. So I walked toward the restroom.Before I was about to open the restroom door, the old lady and then the younger lady, rudely told me I have to order something first. I was shocked to received the rude telling unprovoked.I told them we will... They keep saying you need to buy something first before using the restroom. I didn't want to reason anything out because there were kids inside the restaurant.I waited until my wife got out of the restroom and stopped her from ordering anything. We got out there quickly and told ourselves we will never stop by at this place again.

It's not fair that employees here at Burger King need to open the restroom door for you, does that include that the employees would wipe my ass as well since I can have the code or key. I believe us customers have the right to get the key or code for the restrooms. Another is, I understand that they keep the restrooms closed for multiple reasons, apparently at this BK only customers that make a purchase can use the restrooms. I had lunch here for the first time & I believe its unprofessional.
