I never write a review for anything but after today I feel like I need to. I placed an order online so I could pick up and be on my way. I thought it would be faster and easier than dinning in but apparently not at this Chili’s. After I was notified that my order was ready I waited 5 minutes before going to pick up just in case the staff needed a few more minutes. However when I went to the pick up window there was nobody there. No problem, I don’t mind waiting 2-5 minutes for someone to be available to help but I do mind when I have to wait 12 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me!! Especially when I can see that the staff is just standing around in the kitchen on their phones. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t have been written this review if the person who finally gave me my order at least apologized for the long wait times but they didn’t. They acted like I was inconveniencing them for ordering. I work in food service too and know some days are hard but this was just ridiculous.

Randomly went to this Chili's 2 days in a row, it's always packed full of people. I would not say the food is amazing but it's good, the chairs are getting a little worn out but I am happy that there is a Chili's here because it's time to go there with family and friends.

Our server was one of best we have had. Polite, friendly, and attentive. After traveling all day we pulled into restaurant about 20 minutes to closing. Order was delivered quickly, accurately, hot and tasty.

Chili's is one of the few chain restaurants in the area. It's kind of nice to go sometimes and get in on the deals they offer. Our server was great. It was very crowded and noisy on a Saturday night. They're doing a great business!

Chili’s is by far my favorite chain for a good burger, especially now that drive through is practically the same price but not great quality. Never had a bad meal at Chili’s.

Chili’s is lit…I got a 2x2 from the menu. In reality to me it was more like a 4x4. 3 bites and I was full. To wash it down I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt on the rim. Followed by El niño. Sorry no picture.
