I tried Coco’s during a pop-up event in Downtown Santa Cruz and I’m finally getting the chance to try their brick and mortar location in Capitola, inside the mall. They did not disappoint!! Mmmmmmmm everything was sooooooo good! I was in a savory not sweet mood so I went for the Bacon Jalapeño waffle (but held the cheese drizzle) and the Garlic Parmesan waffle. Not sure which I liked more. They were both delicious!!
