- Drive thru mic is busted (barely functional)- They didn't have the soda I wanted (yet is displayed on menu board)- They have incorrectly priced items on menu board (charged me more than what was displayed)...When I pulled to the window, I told them the price on the menu board is considerably lower than what they were charging me, yet they wouldn't drop the price down to what they have advertised. It felt like I got scammed, baited and switched... I get it's only a few dollars, but still - not chill.Only thing saving this from a 1 star review was the chill window worker (not the manager who wouldn't drop down to the advertised price).Place has gone downhill.

Usually when I come to Dairy Queen, my blizzard is very good. Today there were curds in my ice cream and it was sour!! I will not be getting dairy queen anymore as they can't even make edible icecream- what they're known for!!

Man who is running this place it is such a joke!I was in the drive-through for 30 minutes. The lady ahead of me just ordered one drink. I ended up leaving the drive-through line because I was so pissed off close your doors if you can't get your act together.

Came 40 minutes before they closed, the workers purposely ignored me and mocked the older gentleman behind me because they closed out their sever bank at 9(it’s posted everywhere that is closes at 10) . Don’t waste your time or gas driving over here. I even tried to come last night but the worker yelled at everyone in the drive through and said they were understaffed…. When it happens two nights in a row you know that it’s just bad customer service…. I work in the restaurant industry so I am aware when someone is just too lazy to do their job. Basic fast food: rancid seed oils, CAFO meat, high-fructose corn syrup, mystery toxic sludge - but we're not talking Michelin stars here, and I don't know anyone who eats fast food for their health. But my review is about the workers. The vast majority of us have worked in fast food and it is pretty much the worst. I really feel for those who have to support families on the crappy wages, explosion of Karens, and general working conditions. I have never had a bad experience with any of the workers - they're all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they do their best to get the food out as fast as they can. Every time I've been in there to expand my fat ass, I've been greeted with a friendly face and sense of humor.
Staff doesn't serve the full menu or stay open till their posted hours. They stop working when they want to. I came in a week ago, and they were "open", but no one answered at the drive thru, and they ignored me when I pulled up to the window. Thought it was a tough night, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Came back tonight, they said, "We only serve ice cream after 9:30." It was before 9:30 when I pulled through. Gave them a second chance, but won't be returning.

Went there today to get a burger, no one at the drive-through. Drove to the window, sign said, "closed till 6:30 for lunch." Knocked on the drive-through window, loud enough for a present employee to hear me, and was ignored. Just wanted to suggest moving one of the two signs, that said the same thing... over to the actual drive-through so I wouldn't sit there with no idea of what is going on.Called and asked if they knew how to stagger breaks.The employee replied " it's called being short staffed you fucking moron", and hung up on me.Maybe start hiring some nice kids again and get rid of these jackasses. Oh, and the food is pretty fucking garbage also .

Oh man business here is up and down now, the people they hire is a hit or miss, who ever runs this place is a joke. The place smells like sewage, it's not cleaned right, people who work there have attitude, food is sloppy not cooked right, and then the ice cream ugh what happened. Oh and who the hell charges extra for dipping sauce wtf. TO THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT PLEASE GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHT AND STOP MAKING IT FAIL

This use to be my family's go to spot, but as of late it's service has rapidly declined. I've also noticed if you go during the day and weekends around lunchtime to be the best times to go. The young men and women who operate the restaurant during those hours either enjoy their job or the environment because you can taste the difference in the cooking and as well as the ice cream treats. These were supposed to be BLIZZARDS!!! I've never seen one with a lid! The young lady handed it to me dripping out of the sides. Normally I'm greeted with an upside down BLIZZARD and an eager smile. Today not so much. There was only 1 car ahead of me and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. But you sure enough can hear them all gossiping in the back kitchen area. I wish they paid more attention to their jobs like they do the gossip. Maybe then the food service and quality will go back up..
