I ordered online and on the website it tells you how long a delivery is supposed to take, which was 39 minutes so I decided to get it delivered instead of picking it up. 2 hours later I still had not received my order. My husband had called and The manager “Sheradan” said she was really busy and her driver should still be on her way. So my husband said he wanted to cancel it and get our money back. She said she was going to let her driver know and she would cancel it. I look to make sure it was canceled and it said it was delivered. I call to make sure it was canceled because we did not receive anything and I had just payed $50 so I wanted my money back. I was put on hold right away and sat on hold for almost 30min. So while I was still sitting on hold I have my husband call and he was helped right away without ring told he would be put on hold just as I was still waiting on hold. I talk to one of the other employees and he told me that the manager did not cancel our order like she originally told us she would and that he was going to handle it for us. This is the worst customer service and experience I have ever had my kids were hungry and I had to go and get something else hours later. I was not told sorry and treated with the worst disrespect at any food place I have ever been?

Tried twice placing an order spent over 20 minutes on their atomated service went trough all their props and they hung up on me twice I finally got trough to an actual person and she didnt even bother to take my number, said she was gonna place me in a brief hold and hung up on me, I’m so hungry I had to write this review skip this place and try something else!

Most inconsistent eta of pizza out of any dominos ive been to. Beware: 25 mins might end up being 6 minutes, and then next time 35. Makes it pretty hard to plan on when to go get it.

I've just come to the conclusion that this Domino's sucks a$$. This is the 2nd time they messed up our order. The first time, I ordered cheesy stuffed bread with feta and spinach; the cashier repeated the order back just fine but maybe the kitchen has some smooth brains. The bread was still good but just not what I paid for. Then we ordered the hand tossed pizza today and just received the regular pizza. The person who walked out before us got a hand tossed pizza in the black box though. So idk. Would just be nice to get exactly what you order. Is that so bad? Lol

I love the taste of dominoes pizza… it’s not the fancy kind of pizza, but you can definitely customize your order and the flavor is so good. Plus the price is reasonable compared to other places. Oh and the other thing I love is that it always is ready so quickly, I’ll wait ten minutes after calling to go pick it up and it’s ready?✨
