My favorites are the Tropical Kefir, I setup a subscription because it keeps my digestion system healthy! Way less bloating, and everything keeps moving. Also love the green smoothie, and their seasonal flavors.
Life changing live food!!! Incorporating their products into my weekly regime has done wonders for my gut health. A wonderful company run by amazing humans who are here to remind us that food is medicine.
