The second to last time I came in, I had to wait over 30 minutes for two smoothies, and one of them was wrong. It was not busy. The most recent time, I had to wait 20 minutes for two smoothies, and the sizes were wrong.

Friendly staff and tons of options! I wanted to grab a smoothie before I headed out for the day and the service was great and the drink was yummy! I am glad Jamba has developed upon their menu since 10+ years ago, with healthier options available which still taste great!

Super welcoming team members. The atmosphere was really nice of had a loud of decoration which made the store look lively instead of bland like other stores. The cashier was very friendly and answered some questions I had. The smoothie tasted great. I ordered a PB banana Protein( whey) with ex whey. It was well blended no banana chunks present. I would recommend trying Jamba they have a lot of options and are flexible when it comes to substituting ingredients and juices. A plus as well since there's no 25 cent cup charge like the one in Santa Cruz has!

Two weeks ago I went in and this sassy girl with glasses gave me an attitude she really needs to cool down when she finished ringing me up she went back talking to her coworkers she kept on talking about her ex boyfriend out loud like she wanted everyone to know now i see why he left her nobody wants to be tied down to a woman who thinks shes on top of the world and thinks she is better than everyone else. I have seen other people posting reviews saying that she’s been treating her customers badly she needs to be let go Jamba do better

Hey I love this location. Unfortunately today was a really awkward. Skinny girl with glasses needs to chill out. I get it they want us to use the tablet for ordering but please don’t yell at old ladies . This poor lady stood there confused and no one helped her. She eventually got it but she really should have been served at the counter. We all got told if we want service we have to use the tablet because they are behind and won’t be able to ring anyone up. Please do better Jamba. No one wants to be ignored and have there drink tossed on the counter with a straw with no thank you.

Excellent service, Wesley was very helpful with answering my questions. I tried the Acai bowl. I really liked it. Delicious. I added whey protein to it. The store was clean and staff is friendly and inviting.
Food is great. Atmosphere is pretty standard with a few outside tables. Service is a little slow. I waited 25 minutes after checking the second tim. My mobile order had been placed somewhere in the back and it was probably ready the first time I checked. I’ve been here several times now and it’s pretty unorganized but my door dash came faster than going in person 🤷🏼♀️
