We ordered pick up catering for about 50 people and I would highly recommend Mijo's Taqueria to cater any events you may have. The ordering and pick up was seamless. Anthony was so helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests. Our guests loved the food and we had a lovely spread with the taco bar and added ceviche & quesadillas.

The best fish tacos I've ever had. Don't know how they do it, but their battered fish is the perfect balance of crispy and salty. The pickled radish slice on top is a treat in and of itself. Their Tinga Taco (chicken) is a thing a beauty as well. I highly recommend a visit. It's a small clean place with a few small tables and stools set at a narrow bar. They don't sell beer or wine, so it is a bit of a bummer not to be able to enjoy one with the tacos. Chips & Salsa are extra, but honestly, two fish tacos hit the spot on their own. The ladies there are super friendly (and they make the best tacos).

This eatery feels open with bright pops of color defining its interior. The food came quickly. The tinga tacos were scrumptious! The combination of meat and sauces worked beautifully! The shrimp burrito was perfectly made, chewy and flavorful. The pineapple soda was fizzy and full of flavor.

Incredible tacos in an incredible location. Baja tacos were delicious and hearty with a big piece of fish in a big batter. Mushroom vegetarian tacos were so tasty. Chips and guac top notch. Threw in some sweet horchata. Group of five was able to sit split between a table and the counter.Vegetarian options: Mushroom tacos are the unusual highlight of the vegetarian options. Guacamole was fresh and top notch. Typical burritos and other Mexican food vegetarian staples also on the menu.

This restaurant is excellent or recommend to anyone coming to Capitola. Food is to die for I had the the nachos along with a burrito. And to be honest with you. A couple of tacos. I was really hungry but the food was excellent. Highly recommend the atmosphere is fantastic as it is close to the beach. People are very pleasant. Of course, the owners are very nice.And deliver conversate with you, which is rare. So come on by have yourself a burrito garden inside the but for me, the carlitos is excellent

Wow! First time & we already love this spot. The hongos tacos were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and just delicious. Baja fish tacos were perfectly fried, tender, and the batter was super crispy. The al pastor could’ve only been better if they had those nice crispy edges, but they were wonderful still. So good we went back for seconds. BTW, I’m from Santa Maria, CA and have enjoyed amazing tacos from New York to San Diego. So I’m very comfortable recommending this place without reservation.
