this place is truly the worst!!!. i went inside to their separate to go section to pick up my order that said it was ready and not a single one of their employees decided to approach me. i was inside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to want to do their job but i guess having customers just standing there when they know they have online orders coming in is a standard for them! Came home with cold food got even more annoyed when i opened it and there were i kid you not three pieces of chicken on top of my pasta. this visit solidified that i will never return. get some staff that cares! there’s a name outside that building and for what?? management needs to do better watching their staff

Got the make your own pasta for $15. It was okay. Edible and inexpensive.

The service was great! Waiter checked to make sure I was doing well.

Yes! Capitola location is open and thriving with business. Thank goodness because its next to the mall and we all know the food court sucks in there!

GUYSSSSSS after being abandoned by the universe and vehicular misfortune, Olive herself, the god of the garden, extended her arms of fettuccine warmly by providing the most decadent of feasts i’ve ever laid my mouth on. the breadsticks were as warm as a hug i wish my mother would give me and the Alfredo sauce dripped down my gullet with gusto by the ancient italian spirit. we took refuge in the care of our most beloved waiter, jose, who offered us refills a plenty of our delicious raspberry lemonade, soup, and breadstick. #highlyrecomend

We started coming here more often because the service and food has been consistently good. However, tonight was just terrible, and it was clear that the server did not care about our table despite ordering appetizers, drinks, and entrees. Clearly, a woman and her child were less important than a 5-top.

Our drinks were forgotten, appetizer plates were never delivered after reminding the server, our entrees were also forgotten, and the table kiosk had a low battery the entire time. Yet, the server waited until we had to pay to change it. I could not get a drink refill until we paid, which was over an hour wait.

I was incredibly patient and understanding until I went to the bathroom and noticed all the servers standing around talking at their station. I realized then and there that we were not a priority whatsoever. I told the manager, and she gave a lackluster “sorry” before I left.

We will spend our money elsewhere from now on. Luckily, there are many options in the area.

There were plenty of open tables available, yet we were seated at one that hadn’t been cleaned. It was wiped down with a napkin only after we were already seated. Our food arrived before our drinks, and we had to request water after waiting for 20 minutes.
