I really like your cookies, especially the snickerdoodles but I can only get them maybe once a year because the locations are kinda far.

I hate to leave a bad review.. but I have been going here for the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for about a year. They are usually great but last time the macadamia nuts tasted a little off. I thought I was just imagining it and its hard to really tell with so much sugar and chocolate covering the taste. I ended up with food poisoning for the last 2 days.I know there can be supply chain issues these days or maybe somehow some old macadamia nuts slipped into this batch? I don't know but macadamia nuts can go rancid and male you very sick (they can give you salmonella). I'm not making a formal complaint because like I said I enjoyed these cookies for a whole year and who knows what happened. Just want to make sure the people baking these check with the supplier or store the macadamia nuts better in the future. Unfortunately I won't be back because this was such a bad experience :( ... I can't eat those cookies again. :( it really might not be the fault of sherries cookies anyway it might be the supplier etc.. but someone at the bakery needs to look into that and figure it out.

M&M cookie I got here was indeed “fresh and moist”, as their package claims, albeit pricey ($3.55).

Great cookies. Thin, buttery, and chewy! They offer deals such as buy 3 get 1 free and other discounts depending on your purchase. Careful because the price can get racked up. Although please be wary if you have allergies! My friend did have a reaction while eating these.

Older Hispanic lady initiates to take our order having already made eye contact but then diverts her attention when she saw someone she knew standing next to us on the other side of the counter. They exchanged a few words and we had to repeat our order cuz she wasn't listening. Just rude.

Sherri’s Cookies! If you have been to the Capitola Mall then you may have seen these guys or even tried them yourself. They have these little TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Chip Cookies and mini snickerdoodles. I love just grabbing a few since they are small.I needed to grab a sweet treat one day and stopped here while waiting for another order nearby. They had just baked some fresh cinnamon roll twists that were not even frosted yet. I got two of them to go and they were so delicious and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth.Everyone who works here is super-nice and always helpful. Check them out if you're at the mall and have a sweet tooth.

This place has the best coffee creamer in the world it's unbelievable you can get for french vanilla you can get the regular creamer it's just wonderful I'll be getting coffee here from now on and they have lemon poppy seed muffins that are to die for and tons of other stuff I'll try to put the pictures in! This is great! I was just reading some other reviews and I saw a lot of negativity I don't know what to say the lady who helped me today February 19, 2018 was so nice and genuine maybe they got rid of those other people because it was very good service I am very picky about that kind of stuff and this lady behind the counter was very very good that's really all I can say I'm sure there's other employees and maybe they weren't so good but the employee that I had was excellent this is an update to my earlier post
