This is the only Starbucks that’s ever told me I need to purchase something in order to acquire hot water/ice even if I’m willing to pay for the cup. Why is that? No biggie. I purchased something. But when I returned the next day, I was told I can’t get hot water because it’s a policy/safety issue. Why was I able to get hot water one day, but not the next?? Why am I able to get hot water at any other Starbucks?? I’m not returning to this location ever again

I came beck to back Saturday and today Sunday 9/28. The service so slow that Saturday he took 20 min and there are only 3 customer .. Sunday little crowd with 3 employees also took 30 min ..

The standard Starbucks experience. The baristas are quick and friendly, and is a good location to grab a coffee before heading out for the day, or as your coming back. There's a decent sized parking lot, so parking shouldn't be an issue.

I've had bad experiences there 3 times, 2 with the chubby short manager. And once, by the taller, chubby white manger, and I can honestly say none of the times were my fault just a few days ago, they told me they were going to charge me more half-and-half, and it's literally free to grab on the counter near the napkins. The two managers are literally miserable. You can tell they hate their life for obvious reasons. Once you see them, you'll know what I mean. Do not go there. They'll love you if you don't ever ask them for remakes when they mess with your drinks. As long as you can do that, you're OK with them. Starbucks Inc please retrain your managers, especially at 1955 41st Ave Capitola off Clair St.

I tried to go and get a venti water from this location The clerk had the nerve to tell me I had a purchase something since when I also asked if I could use the restroom she said the same thing I'm thinking probably because I'm of African American descent I felt very discriminated against at this location never again
I asked for minimal ice. Barista disregarded order. I asked to remake drink, she did what she wanted and when confronted as to why, she dismissed me and said im not allowed in the store. Apperently paying for your order and asking for what i like is not welcomed there? Why? Because I was Mexican? Racist Starbucks.

Normally this location is solid but this is now the second time I have got delivery from here where the order was wrong or they did not place order in a to go tray or with the white sticker over the drink. This is super disappointing.
