Okay, so i don’t wanna be a karen but i am…sorrryyy. everytime i go to this specific starbucks my entire drink is 90% ice and 10% drink lol. its a bit frustrating because i specifically ask for light ice but i end up getting a drink that’s so heavy because its filled up with straight ice.

I swear this is thee ONLY solid Starbucks anywhere and I mean that literally, I've been all over the world and this one never fails. The ratio they teach their employees at this location is always the best! The staff is always friendly here, food requests are always met properly, and the ambiance is unique in its own way with their little wall of special shoutouts. Keep up the rest work y'all!

I have often noticed that they rarely fill my drink to the top. I'm okay spending the occasional $7 to treat myself, but not if I'm not getting my moneys worth.

The food i ordered was not good, i took two bites and threw it away. The ice coffee i recieved was not made correctly. It had extra ice and i requested light ice. Extra ice will water down the flavor and unlike others, it takes me longer than 2mins to finish my drink. After pouring my drink into another cup, i was left with 1/2 a tall size coffee. The barista with brown hair is never smiling and has an attitude, 3rd time she was unfriendly. Leaving her name out. The atmosphere was okay. Customers patiently waiting for their orders, barista rudely answers the customers. The other staff is friendly, but it only takes one employee to ruin the whole experience. I will drive to any other Starbucks to avoid this location. To be honest, The coffee inside any Safeway Starbucks has always been pleasant. Starbucks needs to make it easier to get a refund when ordering thru the App.

Service was okay in the food met expectations. But this is one of those Starbucks where filthy vagrants, and I mean literally filled the, dirt and smell covering the person, just hang out at the tables without purchasing any products. Someone carded in all of their junk, pilot up on the table, and occupied the last table in the restaurant.

Had my coworker order me a coffee this morning on her way in and when getting my coffee it was about 1/3 or more empty. No reason for that much whipped cream so my question is where is the coffee?? She also ordered her own coffee so its nit like she could have drank it in a 2 minute drive.

myself and my family tend to avoid this location, as we've had at least 4 issues with drinks being half full and not of great quality.it's not the worst but it's Definitely not my first pick.staff are usually kind except for the few times where you can tell they're all very overwhelmed, and massivley over rushed, which is to no fault of their own.I would recommend this spot if you can't make it over to the soquel location.

Is is ok on the fly.... If you really need your coffee fix. But the wait time for the coffee was soooo long. The associates were friendly. But there we two people taking orders and two people making drinks. One of the people taking orders was just standing around just taking.
