I walked in and there are many teenage girls hugging and the host was more interested in saying hi to their friends then helping actual customers. I sat down for 15 minutes and waited to order and even be acknowledged. I asked the bartender if anyone could help us and she didnt seem to know anything so walked next door and was immediately seated and served.
