The food was really good and we sat outside and had an amazing time with a group of friends. It's in an industrial park and is very large and open inside, and there is some outdoor seating. Go for the food not the ambiance. We were all very happy with the selection of menu items and the quality of the food. Highly recommend.

Had lunch here with my coworker on Friday and my braised rib tortelloni was fantastic. Even my coworkers saffron risotto and braised meat looked very delicious. Service was excellent and was interesting to see so many big parties at lunch in Carlsbad. I would come back again to try the pizza and some other dishes that looked interesting. Cucina Italiana absolutely nailed it. The tortellini alla crema parmigiana was hands down the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. The cream sauce was rich and perfectly balanced, and the tortellini were cooked flawlessly, with tender, flavorful meat in every single bite. Every petite bite was outstanding. I went early and the service was fantastic as well. An easy five stars.
