What a wonderful find! We live here and always look for new places for breakfast. This place did not disappoint! My husband had an egg sandwich on a tallow biscuit! Bomb!!! A must try! I had Mediterranean omelette, wanted to see what the hype was all about. Delivered! Light, flavorful, fresh! My son had their Jr breakfast and a pancake! He ate it all and most of ginormous pancake! We had breakfast at Aura Gardens for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. I ordered the Two Eggs Your Way plate with scrambled eggs, country potatoes, homemade chicken sausage patties, and fresh fruit. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the chicken sausage was flavorful and hearty, and the country potatoes were outstanding. The seasoning on those potatoes was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had — savory, bold, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious.
