Another fantastic birthday dinner at Bob's. The filet with blue cheese crust was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Jeff, our favorite server made the night even better with his great service and attention to detail. He's always so knowledgeable and accommodating. This place never disappoints!
We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday dinner here. I had left a note on the reservation not thinking much of it. When we showed up they had a huge light up sign that read “HBD TIM” outside the restaurant. We were initially laughing thinking it was for someone else but we thought what a coincidence! Then we received the menu and it read “Happy 50th Birthday!” Then we realized the sign was for him! They went above & beyond and it really made the occasion so special...
The last 3 times I was there I asked them not to add extra seasoning to the steak. Every time it was so salty I almost couldn't eat it. I was there on 7/22 and the same thing happened. If you have a special request, you need to have your server go to the kitchen and specifically tell the chef while he's cooking. I love the vibe of this place but it needs to focus more on the customer specific requests.
