Missed many things in my order, my fault for not checking but when I called them they said they don’t do refunds. I unfortunately couldn’t go back and get the missing stuff so I took the loss.

I went the other eve and when we pulled up to the drive-thru, we could see a worker in the kitchen area through the dining area, and he was smoking a Vape. The chicken on my chicken sandwich almost seemed undercooked….i didn’t eat it all! ?

Actually I had had big hope before coming here. I was very dissappointed cuz the options are quite few. I know this brand from my country, Turkiye. And, they are very good quality with lots of choices. I rated good here because I still respect the brand itself.

Automated drive thru and no packaging for the kids meal. The ridiculous minimum wage increase directly experienced. I feel bad for the franchise owner on this one since I love Carl's burgers.

Place is dead so you would think they had plenty of time to make some fresh fries (cold and stale). The sandwich sucked and the kiosk pos is confusing.Last time I ever eat at any Carls Jr period. But hey you guys don’t care obviously or the owner operator would make a attempt to do better.
