I got the California burrito. It was fresh and delicious. It didn’t come with rice and beans which I thought was a little tacky. We had our toddler with us and she stayed entertained with the provided. crayons and paper.

We had a birthday lunch at Casero Taqueria this past Sunday. The food was pretty good, but came out to our group at different times after waiting a long time. The server was nice and brought a plate of churros to us. I assumed it was a complimentary birthday dessert, but when I got home and reviewed my receipt, they had charged me $8.00 for them. Because of this sneaky add-on, I won't be dining there in the future.

I’m a local and have wanted to try this for some time. I grew up in Laguna Beach where we had home made Mexican restaurants so I’m spoiled and a foodie. I sat at the bar. Their margarita was excellent! The salsa also was outstanding! I only ordered the Baja fish taco and it was very bland. The chips tasted stale. I’ll go back just to see how other menu items are. Service was awful and I was at the bar at a slow time but there were only 2 bartenders and they seemed busy.

The food is just amazing and may seem different to some people that's because it's real an authentic with a very little salt if any and all natural fresh ingredients, just got back from Ensenada a few weeks prior and this is exactly like the food I was having down there as well as the margaritas. Amazing ? ? Because I couldn't find it anywhere here is the most recent happy hour menu, enjoy!
