Manager extremely unhelpful and films you with his meta glasses. WEIRDO. The theatre is filthy and the service is beyond SLOW. It took an hour and a half to get the food we ordered. The movie was basically over 😂

As movie theater goes, this is probably as good as it gets for a Cinepolis. Comfortable seating, real good sound systems.
The men's restroom is kind of small and the seats are showing their ages. Otherwise, it'd be a 5 ⭐.

Everything was good. Except I waited 40 minutes my drink. I had to walk outside to ask for it.

Really good seating, comfortable. They bring your order to the table if you want to use the menu you can also order drinks at the counter before you go to your screen.
I found the quality of the video and the audio to be really good.

The theater was a mess, ,disaster and pig pen. Our second time going and probably won’t be back. It was a 7:45 showing. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the seats. Especially paying premium prices on my birthday. It was Monday night and it seems that it was from the previous movie.

Refused to refund $45 tickets after my dog ate a corn kob. Luxury cinema this is not. Please refund me and I’ll take down this review but when I pay this much for tickets I expect to be able to move show times due to emergencies.

The Hamlin, Florida theater was so cold that we had to wear heavy winter coats, and we still cold. Everyone else has to wear coats too. The fries for 2 dishes were extremely cold. No napkins. 3rd entree was 15 minutes after other entrees. Drink came 10 minutes after entree. No ketchup. No communication. No updates. No apologies. Simply inexcusable and horrible.

Card was charged three times for our food order. It's been six days and no refund is on the horizon. Repeated calls with the corporate office offering a lot of really convoluted explanations. The "best" suggestion? "Next time go up to the front and pay." I'm fairly certain there will never be a next time. Really sad that it appears our only recourse is a bad review and are still out $130.

We love coming here (Austin TX location) - it's clean, quick and nice service. Love the seats and swing tables. The restrooms are usually clean and in working order. However, I hate the per ticket fee - $9 extra for 4 tickets.

Always a good customer experience at this Cinépolis. Easy to park and always clean.

The service is horrible. Took us over 30 minutes just to get popcorn. One of our friends who ordered a drink at the very beginning of the movie didn’t get it until less than 10 minutes Left in the movie. A lot of the teenagers seem to not take their job very seriously, which is to be expected but just blatant disregard for Any quality service. Even the manager would not take accountability for the mistakes that they made. Very disappointing, I will not be coming back or patronizing this place any further.
