Always a good customer experience at this Cinépolis. Easy to park and always clean.

The service is horrible. Took us over 30 minutes just to get popcorn. One of our friends who ordered a drink at the very beginning of the movie didn’t get it until less than 10 minutes Left in the movie. A lot of the teenagers seem to not take their job very seriously, which is to be expected but just blatant disregard for Any quality service. Even the manager would not take accountability for the mistakes that they made. Very disappointing, I will not be coming back or patronizing this place any further.

In the last month I’ve come here three times to see a movie. All three times , I ordered food .
First time they charged me for it and never brought my drink. Second time I ordered food at the beginning of the movie and it arrived 10 min before the movie ended!! And then again today , ordered a milkshake and popcorn both did not come until the very end of the movie!
I’m not the type of person to “ask for the manager”
But I did today and it was met with terrible customer service. The guy couldn’t care less and said here is a voucher for a free popcorn next time. What’s the point of me coming to cinepolis and paying extra for the luxury food service and not getting that! Plus the seats and table tray were nasty and super dirty each time .
Go to a different location!
Or honestly save your money and go to a regal theater

Disgusting venue. This place has gone downhill!!! It’s complete TRASH and false advertising to use the term ‘Luxury’ theater DON’T WASTE your money HERE! Theater was not cleaned and left with previous customers old food and empty drinks. Staff said they are not cleaning it bc they are understaffed. Management needs a wake up call! So embarrassing!

No recomiendo Cinépolis Galerías Celaya. Llevan mucho con el problema de que no hay charolas, quienes somos clientes parte de nuestra experiencia de compra es sus alimentos, como ofrecen el servicio sin como poder trasladarlos. Me acerqué a una señorita para que solucionara mi problema y me dijo que eso es un complemento que pues prefería devolverme mi dinero antes de darme una charola ya que su prioridad era tener vendedores a personal que atendiera el otro problema, no había gente formada era poca, para su gestión laboral que tenía, las personas encargadas deben estar calificadas para poder solucionar no alegar con las personas.

excellent experience, main issue is very high prices, even for what you get. but still had a quality, comfortable watch of a film we had been eagerly awaiting

good experience. easy plentiful parking and good service with food order. they provided bottomless popcorn refills and soda refills during movie (very quietly and Quickly). mark down 1 star for restroom s... 1st floor men only 1 stall working and 1 urinal out of order. had to go upstairs for plentiful facilities.

Love the location.

This place needs to answer their phone either or they're closed or they don't care...
