I love Crumbl cookies. I usually go to the location and have no complaints. But I went to the Carlsbad location to get an order for someone else. First, is this store manned entirely by teenagers? There were five people behind the counter, only two had uniform shirts on, and not a hair net in sight! One girl kept flipping her hair around. It almost made me hurl. I stood waiting for my order for five minutes while they all talked and laughed. Three kids left, but it took me another few minutes to get my order. And it was done in the fridge ready for me the whole time!
Sooo good hits the spot EVERY time!! 100% recommend
Not a place where you go to have dessert. More of a dessert factory where you order at a kiosk and they bring your treats to you when they're ready.
