We both ended up finding and choosing the same thing... Stuffed avocado. Super A1C friendly and absolutely delicious. My favorite meal of the whole trip. I added a side of seasonal vegetables that was massively overpriced but fresh crunchy and not overcooked.

Cockroach 🪳 on the wall otherwise would have gotten 5 stars also machaca is very Americanized cooked in tomato sauce paste not good and tortillas were cold straight out of package from vons. Salmon omelette was great. Complimentary bread and butter was nice

Excellent experience!! We come here every time we are in Carlsbad. Be sure to eat on the patio during the sunset. AMAZING!!! Our server, Marisol, was friendly and attentive. She was wonderful!!!. The food was spectacular!!!
