Always welcoming here! Dog friendly. The food is fresh. Most often we order the Beef Dip and the meat is lean and flavorful. Makayla at the register is awesome- remembering our visits from the past and our dog!
First off Diego is one of the best players in this game. I am a local who just wanted a great sandwich but with Diego’s guidance I got a sandwich AND an experience. He not only listened to what I wanted but then gave me some great advice about what they had to offer. Atmosphere was mediocre but the sandwich I received and the customer service was above and beyond! Glad I took a chance on a Sunday night for a local landmark! It did not disappoint! Thanks Diego you made my night!

Visited while vacationing in Carlsbad and had a great experience. The beef dip sandwich is excellent, they have a great (and reasonably priced) beer selection, and the staff is super friendly, fast, & incredibly efficient. Highly recommend.
