The smell really catches your attention from outside.

You can pile up your meat of choice and vegetables then it's cooked on a really large stove.

It's a little bit salty for my liking but overall it's fine.

Today, i walked up to the counter, chose the regular bowl which came out to $16.00 even. i payed via apple pay, received the notification that i payed, and started to make my way to make my bowl. when starting, the cashier advised me i needed to pay again because it did not go through. i showed them on my end the time the charge happened, the exact amount, etc. they did not believe me and attempted to have me pay again. i let them know how odd this is and that it doesn’t make sense for me to pay again for a single bowl. another associate came over and showed me their side of the screen, which means nothing to me when i’m looking at money that has already left my account labeled for this establishment. i asked him “you understand how weird this is right?” and he insisted i pay again. i decided to just walk away from the situation empty handed at a $16 loss. not cool.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up getting money back because he was complaining that I was adding to much to bowl before they cooked the food.

First time trying this place out after passing by numerous times over the years. The price doesn’t justify the quality and portion size of the food. I got a large plate, with a drink that totaled $32 even. Being the only Mongolian bbq in the area within a 30 minute drive has its benefits to attract a crowd, but other places have this place beat, in pricing, flavor, and amount of food you get. Food is fresh and hot, given its cooked right in front of you, but you don’t have the option to choose the amount of sauces you want to add to change and customize the flavor to your specific flavor. Would be nice if rice was included with the total amount but unfortunately it’s not unlike other places. Food was served in a to go type box , so if you don’t finish you can take it , to go.
Would I come again and buy from here again? Probably if I’m in the area only.
Would I go out of the way to eat here again? No way.
Overall a decent place. Would recommend to try at least once.

Went here looking for a tasty lunch to be met with rude workers a super packed house and sorely disappointing food in quality, quantity, and flavor for how much money it was. Bland flavor too much oil and not enough options. The starting bowl is smaller than it seems. Tread carefully when eating here.

This place is always sooo good! When you make your bowl right and pack it with protein and mix that with the veggies and those delicious orange noodles!!! 🤤🤤If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

Worst ever. Hardly any vegetable choices, and they decide what sauces go on. I basically got a super bland bowl of noodles

A massive grease bomb without flavor. Yes it is a fried noodle meal, but when properly done the result is not sitting in a pool of oil. If you are going to get colon cancer, at least make it an enjoyable process.

If that isn’t enough to dissuade you, also know they are not all you can eat.

These folks have no clue what a mongolian barbeque is. They have no concept how to run a restaurant. This place should be condemned. It is worse than the worst.

Too loud, too packed, too expensive, not at all tasty sort of bland. AND there was plastic in my food. I told the worker and he didn’t have much to say but when I asked him if maybe this came from a bag that was from the frozen veggies or meat he didn’t deny it and said oh yeah maybe. I gave him a high eyebrow raise and tilted my head kind of like that’s bad business and I think he knew what was up and I left. Also, I think they violate a lot of health and safety codes… We all touch the tongs to the food and that’s spreading lots of germs instead of hanging one or two people use the tongs with gloves and serve the customers. I asked the guy to rinse the tongs because this lady wasn’t just using them to grab her food but rather push it down on the bottom part where you grab the food with her fingers because she was trying to press down her gigantic bowl of food. Guy saw this and I had to ask/mention two to three times for him to go wash the tongs. Oh my goodness…. So gross! And dangerous too with me almost eating plastic but thank God I didn’t!!! I just spotted it in my food. LUCKILY!!! The lights are so dim in there!!!

Overall bad experience. My husband hated it and didn’t finish it and I took a few bites as well. Bleh!!!! 👎

Oh also, it costed us $32 for two people. Regular size (the middle) size I believe it was.

Pretty good food, would come again. Price is a little high but it's kind of a lot of food for me so it is reasonable. Really hot in the damn place though

The owner just had to be stingy. They are more worried about the money rather than customer retention.

Plastering signs saying if you fill the bowl too much you’ll be charged extra? That’s how you LOSE business. The ability to fill the bowl as you please is literally how your business model works. If you want to control the portions then hire someone to run it and fill it for customers. But you won’t.

This place is my weekly go to for food after a movie but I will no be rethinking it.

The mall is already a dying industry and caving to price increases is not the way to run business. Take an economics class. When prices go up, the number of customers decreases.

Overpriced. Frozen, thinly sliced meat options of pork, chicken, beef. Meat and veggies sitting in plastic containers that look like dishwashing buckets. And the overall atmosphere gives off health hazard vibes. Not worth the price or possible stomach virus.
