So I told the manager that they give me the wrong ice coffee yesterday and she says why I didn’t came back I told her I needed to leave soon so I came back today to see if they remake it she refused me to give me the new iced coffee she told me I needed to pay again I just looked at her mad because why they would be like that if pay for the iced coffee? Which they got it wrong. That’s very bad customer service
This is one of the best Jack in the Boxes in San Diego with regards to taste, clean facility inside, and staff friendlyness. Only downside is their EBT card reader has been down for months, so don't expect to be able to pay with your hot meal SNAP benefits.
